This hotel was in an awesome location. The staff at the front desk were very good. However, the housekeeping needs serious improvement. The hotel bathroom in ourroom continuously smelled of urine. And the rooms were not cleaned well daily. Housekeeping was not friendly at all. However, the hotel and coffee bar, as well as the other restaurants located in the hotel, were great. If you are looking for a solid location and don't mind bringing a clothespin to cover your nose every time you go to the bathroom. This is your place and location are a 10/10

Beautiful well kept Hotel in a excellent location. Easy to access from Tram and close to gorgeous Old Square. Nice design I. A 500 year old building. Would recommend and restay when in Poznan.

Nice hotel in a great location.

The location of the Hotel was superb, literally in the Old town a minute walk from the old Square. The Hotel itself was outstanding with numerous historical features dating back to the 15 hundreds. Classy room with air-conditioning, marvellous breakfast choice and very friendly helpful staff. Could not rate this hotel highly enough.

Good breakfast Very noisy sleeping- music and party till 5 AM

We had a superior room which was rather tired and in need of a refresh and modernising. Ridiculously small duvet didn’t cover the bed! the fitted sheets were also too small and prone to coming off exposing the mattress. TV didn’t have any English channels. Note: The hotel is on a party street with music booming away until 4am on a Saturday morning so definitely pack your earplugs or join the party. Guy at the reception desk was not warm or friendly.

Beautifully decorated hotel from the lobby & restaurants to the rooms. Oliver at the front desk was very helpful and also the girl who worked the afternoons (I didn’t get her name) gave a delicious food recommendation. If you go to the bar then Jacob will go out of his way to find the perfect drink for you. Everything in the old town area was within easy walking distance. Great place to stay when you visit!

This is an excellent, elegant hotel just a few minutes walk from the Rynek in old town Poznan. We were in a junior suite which was very spacious with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom and shower. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. We will return to this hotel the next time we visit Poznan.

Hotel is at an amazing prime location and the building is impressive! Our room was massive and super clean with friendly staff helping us with booking tours, information and anything we needed like extra pillows. Sunday breakfast although appeared small was actually very reach with 3 types of eggs over 7 types of cheese including an amazing feta salad Greek style,fluffy pastries and fruits. Problem was Monday breakfast which was a lot smaller in selection and quality. Huge gap between the 2 breakfasts!due to the lower amount of people starting over it seemed they didn't put the same effort and that is the only reason it's not 5 stars review. Bottom line you can't be disappointed with the location staff or food. Also you have 2 restaurants and a cafe place right at the ground floor so you don't need to wonder too far for a great meal.

Wonderful stay in Poznań. Staf very kind and helpful, location of the hotel is perfect! Walking distance everywhere we wanted to visit. Pub cross the road made bit of noice between 3 and 6am but thats not a hotel fault, next time I just go to party there myself. Thank you for looking after us.

Lovely boutique hotel very close to the Old Town Square. Room was cute and clean. We paid for the breakfast as had a flight to catch and it was delicious.
