The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. We arrived late at night and needed an all night pharmacy. The front desk couldn’t have been more accommodating-Panos on the desk and Marius the concierge. Marius took my wife to the pharmacy while Panos called ahead and gave late night food recommendations. The day staff were just as helpful. We have stayed at this Mitsis many times and will continue to do so.

Our favorite hotel in Athens. Great service, very comfortable, well located for Piraeus port and the metro into the centre and the airport.

Only stayed 1 night at this hotel it was a 7-10 min drive to the port for my cruise, it had a nice roof top bar and a nice view of the port and water, breakfast was a fee but had fresh breakfast setup, my room was small but clean with a balcony view of the port as well I highly recommend staying here, walking distance to stores nearby and restaurants

The room was wonderful. The staff were amazing and the food at the hotel was delicious. The hotel was in walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again when we are in Athens.

This was a lovely hotel in a superb location ideal for the port and catching ferries. The room was bijou but very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was lovely too with very nice products available for use. Nice coffee available in room. Roof top bar was lovely in a very nice setting. However, did run out of beer (only had two) The hotel was very accommodating as we needed a late check out due to work commitments but weren't able to confirm whether that was possible until the morning of check out (which was quite stressful)

We stayed here the day before a ferry. Ideal location. Hotel had everything we needed - lovely food in its restaurant, a rooftop bar and most of all a really comfy bed. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Would recommend!

Always a lovely stay at the Mitsis. Disappointed this time that the coffee machine was out of action and therefore no freddo espresso!!!

I was a little nervous about the hotel once we turned onto the street, but once I entered, I could tell it was a very nice property. The check in was extremely friendly and helpful. It turned out to be a lovely hotel in every aspect. I loved the room, the bathroom was clean and beds were comfortable.

The suite was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. We had an amazing view of the port. The staff was awesome.

An ideal hotel for catching the ferries from Piraeus. Close to local restaurants, bars and cafes. Comfortable bed, clean rooms. Very good shower. Quiet. Staff very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Would use again if travelling to the Greek islands by ferry.

This is a nice and clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Its not far from the port and great eating spots and shopping near by.

This place exceeded our expectations multiple times, and we will certainly make it a base for our future trips to Athens and the islands. Very close to train station (ideal if you are coming by train from airport), and just a short easy walk to ferries. The area was very safe with late night dining options - we arrived around 10:30 pm. The breakfast was fantastic with variety of choices. The roof top bar was an added bonus after a long transatlantic flight. The staff also were very helpful and kind.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful particularly the Reception Staff.
