I stayed here for one night to buy my Machu Picchu ticket in person, and this hotel turned out to be a great choice. The early check-in time (from 12:00 PM) was a big plus, especially after a long train ride. For the price, the room exceeded my expectation! It was clean, spacious, and had reliable hot water. Breakfast was included, and they were also kind enough to store my luggage after checkout, which helped a lot. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around Aguas Calientes. The only minor downside: I asked if I could get some hot drinking water, but they said it had to be purchased, and it wouldn’t be very hot so I skipped it. Still, overall I was very satisfied and would happily recommend this place to other travelers looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay near Machu Picchu.

We lived our stay here. A short distance from the main restaurant, amenity area, it completed an excellent stay while in Aguas Calientes.

Great value, nice rooms and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was also nice before we went to Machu Picchu!

Everything from the beginning was wrong with this property. The weight looks at the front desk, the cleanliness, the staff. The hotel is extremely noisy and has a terrible sound insulation. Our room was smelly and dirty, and also was hot with no ventilation. At night the staff made noise until midnight and we couldn’t sleep. I had to come down twice to tell them to be quiet and stop the music they were playing at the front desk and in the kitchen. I had to ask for a refund and leave the hotel the very next day. Terrible experience.

Are room was pleasant. Hot water was abondant except the van didn’t work so well so the humid walls and floors stayed like that for a long time. Our room was at the top of the stairs and we could hear everything that was happening on the main floor like they were at our door. Would hav worn ear plugs except I didn’t want to miss my 4am alarm

Really enjoyed my stay!

Good budget option for Aguas Calientes. The high school/sports complex is nearby, and there was an announcer that was extremely loud early in the morning that drove us nuts. Other than that it was pretty good. They stored our luggage for us while we did Machu Picchu.

Breakfast buffet was really good and beyond expectation in such a small town. Room was okay. Water was hot enough.

The property was pretty decent though - likemost of the properties in Machu Picchu Village - noisy until early in the morning. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had no vents so when you put the shower, everything will get steamy. Milo review comes from one thing right at the end of the day we had checked out and left our bags for them to hold while we went up to Machu Picchu. When we got back, they showed us a telephone picture of a barely visible yellow stain that was on one of the towels. And shirt they were implying that we had stained them somehow though they never outright stated they wanted to charge us something that’s what they implied my opinion or trying to extort money. They kept repeating the same thing about the same for like 10 minutes until we finally got tired of it. We told them the stain could’ve been there before, it could’ve been on the floor or we put it to keep herself from sliding over the steamy floor, but also no uncertain terms that we are not caused it and they finally gave up and the scam they were trying to run. This is the first time I have ever run into this at any hotel.

We booked the room because we saw such high ratings online. When we arrived, we waited 20 minutes at the reception for the receptionist to arrive. When we got the room, there was no running water. We asked to change rooms because they said it would take at least 30 minutes to fix, they said there was no rooms available, yet they show availability online. On top that, the bathroom light was flickering non- stop! Lastly, there was a lot mold in the shower! I really don't know who are providing these high reviews, maybe bots? Breakfast was ok.
