It was perfect for our quick stop over before leaving on the ferry in the next morning early

The bathroom design looks odd, the water is clot, not running down when taking showers.

Great location. Convenient to metro, bus, and ferry. Room was comfortable and had lots of outlets. Staff was very nice. Nice rooftop with tables to sit and see the sunset. Enjoyed my stay and would go back.

Location is excellent. Good matress and pillows and extra bed was a proper bed. Staff was helpful and kind. Room was very basic and nothing more, no glasses or cups and fridge was not a proper fridge more like a cool box. No space to store luggage, no bedside tables. Room was at 3 levels with ledges on each side of the bed. The bed had a wooden ovesize base and you had to watch out to not hurt your feet. We stayed 2 nights, first night the curtain was broken and the 2 lights directly outside the window to light up the facade were shining in. It was fixed next morning. The next night the AC got switched off and it became very hot. Not sure why. The only lift was being blocked at times in the mornings with the broom by housekeeping and had to wait to use it. The hotel is newly renovated and presents nice but the experience didn't match the price.

Excellent hotel and the staff are absolutely lovely. Breakfast was a highlight as was the tea/coffee in the reception. Recommend staying here if you are using the ferries to travel to other islands as the walk is only about 10 minutes. The metro line is just down the road which takes you directly into the centre of Athens and is also the line to the airport so it's super convenient. Rooms were lovely as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to downtown, town square and eating places. Recently renovated and designed. Frie.ndly and helpful stsff

Very good breakfast & reception for a 3.5 * hotel in Piraeus, convenient metro transportation from Airport & city center Athens, will definitely stay again next time in town.

Electrical outlets galore! I think I counted 6 Well designed shower with good water pressure and temperature control. Room space is well planned for the solo visitor. Blackout blinds slightly ineffective at edges. Reception staff helpful and good assistance. Friendly.

The hotel is very hospitable, the staff very welcoming and friendly. I felt very comfortable like in family home. I want to say Thank you to the wonderful staff like Aris, Sophia, Christina, George and in particular Paraskevi that was so helpful to me. Actually everyone there goes out of their way for you! Last but not @least the Mgr Andreas my congratulations for having a grp of stuff so efficient that makes you feel just like home! Thank you! I’m certainly recommending this hotel. Oh I forgot to mention the perfect location that is a plus.

Really great stay at Twinn. The staff are extraordinarily nice and polite. It is near the cruise port and near buses that take you around the city. Highly recommend this spot! The breakfast is freshly made and REALLY GOOD!

Stay was amazing. Very clean rooms and friendly staff

I was only there for a night, but it was great. Though the room may have been small for some, it was very clean and had a great bed and black-out curtains. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the morning was also excellent. The location was very good for both the port and the metro station. My only comment would be that it might be nice to have a bit of a ramp on the front step for rolling luggage, but it was not difficult to get up the step.
