Strategic location, very close to Kota Lama. Because this is a daily rental, there is no receptionist on duty, but you can WhatsApp the owner before arriving. Also, the motorcycle parking is limited, so WhatsApp the owner first to see if you can park your motorcycle. The room is on the second floor, so it's a hassle if you're bringing a suitcase. The AC is cold, and the shower has hot water. The bathroom drain could be cleaned, as it causes water to pool. There's no sink or faucet downstairs, so you have to use the shower to brush your teeth.

For me, it's not good, even though there are guards who are not on standby and easy to contact, but for the shape and location of the accommodation itself, it's very decent.

Honestly, when I first arrived here, there was no one there. I was confused, so I checked my Google Maps and contacted the number on Google Maps. The guard immediately came and the room was clean and fragrant. At that time, I was the only one staying there, so it was really peaceful and relaxing. If I go back to Semarang, I will stay here again.
