This is the first time I've found a hotel that doesn't provide an AC remote🫩 when I called the staff, they said there really wasn't one, all ACs are automatic. When the staff came to the room, there was a remote but they only helped me raise the temperature, they said it was a new AC (well, why would it be a new AC) and then they brought the remote back. Is it true that every time you want to change the temperature, you have to call the staff??? It's very inconvenient. The location is quite close to PT, that's why I chose this hotel. But I won't check this here again, it's very complicated. And the price is quite expensive for such facilities..
