Nice room, nice ambiance... But unfortunately, it seems like they're understaffed. We arrived at 11pm and there was no receptionist on duty. We had to look around. When we found them, they asked us to hold our ID cards. We initially gave them to them because we were tired from the trip. The next day, we asked them to take a photo, but they couldn't. When we were leaving, we explained that we'd been walking around Yogyakarta without ID cards, and then they said they could put a deposit down... They should have said that from the start... hmmm But the villa is really comfortable.
