Cheap, spacious, comfortable, clean, strategic location

The location is excellent. Friendly service, ample parking. A large pool. Great prices.

It's nice and quite comfortable, but the water in the pool isn't filled to the brim with amber, so the dirt in the pool can be washed away, and if possible, the TV should be updated to a smart TV🙏🏻

The place is damp. I was upgraded to a room on the first floor, which turned out to be underground. The lighting is dim. Don't expect breakfast here, there isn't any. The room is very far from the elevator. The location is right at the traffic light, so it's a bit difficult to get out.

The room was not very clean, there were cockroaches and no towels, telephone and refrigerator.

The room was listed as having a balcony, but we got one without a balcony. After asking, we were moved to a room with a balcony. The initial room we were given was very inadequate. The bathroom ceiling was moldy, and some parts of the walls were also damp. A hair dryer had to be requested, and a telephone was provided in the room but it couldn't be used.

The hotel staff was very friendly in responding to customer problems, but the facilities were not supportive, such as the lack of a hair dryer (you had to ask the receptionist personally and even then you had to wait for your turn from other customers), a TV that couldn't show any programs (it couldn't even be connected to YouTube or Netflix), and there was also no mini fridge.

There are two locations of this hotel, a bit confusing. Bidet are off, tv also off, room is not clean enough. Improve the cleanliness of the room, and ensure all facilities are in good condition.

I am very disappointed with my current stay experience. From the first time I checked in, the FO who received me was a woman and was very unhelpful. I booked 2 booking codes. 1 booking code for today, Friday, June 27, 2025, one room. Then another booking code for Saturday, June 28, 2025 for 2 rooms. When checking in, I had informed them that for tomorrow I had requested a connecting room or at least one next to each other because when I booked, I had added a request for a connecting room. However, the receptionist said it was impossible and there was no solution. When I asked where the manager in charge was, they said there was none and had gone home. I was really left without a solution from them. This hotel has been around for a long time but has changed its name several times and until now the service is still unclear. This is not the first time I have stayed here. But this time I am very disappointed.

We arrived very late at 11 pm at the hotel The receptionist is not friendly and does not help well. They give us the room at ground floor 167, we find all the way to the room so it smells of slumped toilet smell. We ask to change the room but the receptionist asks the house keeper to spray the perfume. So we just follow and wann see the results. After all the house keeping came, he said can't fix it and tell receptionist to change n find the other room. Finally they give us an option to see the other room, there is 2 room we visit and the condition same as before. But there 1 room we chose but the house keeping tell us the aircon not notmal. So we decided to choose the last room perhaps ac can be cool. At the end the ac room not working and we have to sleep without normal ac and we just open the window. Huh what a terrible?!! ? Frankly speaking really disappointed with this hotel since we come so late and they dont prepared our room.

I love this place! The staffs are so friendly and the room is very clean! I'll come here next time.
