It's a new building, so they are all still in good condition and relatively clean. The amenities are still new and clean, too. Location-wise, it's a prime location. Just one block away from the Istana Negara.

The view of the IKN is extraordinary, you must take the time to walk around the IKN when you arrive at this hotel.

The hotel staff are friendly, they greet us when we meet, and the security guard, Ismail, if I'm not mistaken, is very friendly and communicative when we asked about parking if we wanted to enter the IKN Complex, where the exit is, etc., so we were helped.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The atmosphere is unique. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The interior design and functions are efficient. The TV screen is not big enough. The bathroom is modern.
