I LIKED THE STAY IN THAT LOCATION OVER ALL IT WAS JUST FOR ONE DAY. BUT IT WAS NOT CLEAN I WALKED WITH ONLY MY SOCKS AND THE GOT FILED WITH DUSTY DIRT ALMOST LIKE DOGS FUR FLOORS NOT CLEAN AT ALL. EVEN IF A CUSTOMER IS STAYING ONE NIGHT IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE SPOTLESS.

Beautiful place to stay. Walking distance to nice cafes and restaurants. Very Clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

This property was super clean and walking distance from the famous castle.

The place is overall pretty nice, clean, and well decorated. However, we stayed on the first floor and the walls are so thin that even with the windows closed you can hear everything that's going on outside, and also because of the big street that the place is next to. The shower runs out of hot water quickly but good thing is that they have AC and security at the door 24/7.

La jente que trabaja abajo en el front desk son maravillosos. No me quería ir de lo bien que me trataron. Son de lo mejor . El servicio y el cuarto que tenía era súper. Ala próxima que vuelva regresaré aquí. También tenía muy linda vista en el cuarto y cada que llegaba siempre me abrían la puerta para entrar . Muy fancy. Me encantó. Saludos a todas las personas que trabajan ahy. Se la rifaron al 100 con su forma de tratarme :)

The Crisol Condesa Suite offers great quality for its price (I paid approximately 85 CAD per night). The rooms are well-designed, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished. The bed is very comfortable, and the large windows with blackout curtains are a great touch. The hotel is well located in La Condesa, making it easy to explore the area. If you’re not used to city noises, I recommend requesting a room facing Chicontepec Street for a quieter stay.

Excelente ubicación y limpieza, muy bien equipado. Muy seguro y el personal muy amable. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Tiene su propio boiler, así es que no hay problema

Està muy bue el hotel lo único es que hay mucho ruido por que està en una avenida muy concurrida y el sensor de Humo tiene una luz muy molesta . Pero el hotel es muy bueno y el precio bastante bien la regadera una joya

Ótima localização, com comércios e restaurantes relativamente próximos (até 10 minutos de caminhada), cama muito confortável e amenidades de banho fornecidos. Único ponto que deixou a desejar foi o isolamento acústico da varanda, que entra barulho da movimentada avenida de trás. Porém usei tampões e não me atrapalhou. Poderiam vender águas e salgadinhos na recepção para facilitar.
