Hi im ana Barajas booked room 115 had no Ac . Had to open the window due to the room being too hot . Mosquitoes got inside our room . Worse experience ever don’t book here

I make my payment for Expedia and I spouse I don’t have to pay more money, but they charge me more money! Inaceptable!

The property is veru nice and clean the people is very friendly and supportive

The two rooms we got had bed bugs and our whole family left the hotel with bed bug bites all over our legs

This hotel, sure looks nice in the outside and the inside but is pricey bed uncomfortable if you are traveling from the United States, don't expect the same service as the equivalent price, I was expecting better because leaving in Mexico is cheaper than US but this isn't the case. Also I'd found out that they charge me 30% higher than the locals so they're discriminating.

One of the better if not the best hotels in the area. Secured parking so don't have to worry about your vehicle, very good wifi and decent beds and magnetic entry keyed room. However there are short comings, no frig nor microwave in double bed room. No exhaust fan in the restroom and the indoor pool did not smell like a pool should. The restaurant service was slow due to the being understaffed. I would stay here again but do not care much for the price. But for the 20-30 dll diverence

With the exception of the reataurant I almost though I was in the USA, very clean room and bathroom.

No, very happy about this hotel. I think it is over price for the type of hotel and service they gave us. I travel with a group of 18 people and in the restaurant they did not have enough food and personal. First day they did not have eggs (only 4) second day when we arrived to have breakfast, tables were dirty and there was only one cook and one waitress to take care of 18 people. They were so slow to serve and did not have a cashier to take care of our checks.

Hotel and rooms condition is good, but Wifi doesn't work, there were no bath amenities nor bath mat and second day there was not even soap, we had to ask for every thing, the staff was kind and helpful, but stay was not confortable, if they only care for those little detailas, hotel could be good

Superó mis expectativas, el hotel es muy cómodo, las habitaciones amplias y la cama es confortable y todo impecable. Tiene sus años pero lo mantienen bien. El restaurante es bueno, hay opciones limitadas en el menú pero son funcionales para desayunos, comidas y cenas. El precio es perfecto con relación a calidad. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volveré.

El aire acondicionado estaba en mantenimiento. Nos regalaron el desayuno.

Excelente ubicación y estancia

El restaurante no tenía opciones en el desayuno y demasiado tardado en la asistencia , no había quien ayudara a las maletas y me cobraron doble y después hicieron la devolución
