Dared to be the first person to give a review without any previous reviews of this hotel haha. I was confused looking for the hotel location because on Google Maps it was called Kedai Kopi Mama not Urbanview, and when I arrived there was no Urbanview written on it, only Nick's Homestay. For the price of 150k for a single room and the location is close to the airport, about 10 minutes by motorbike taxi, it's quite good. The only minus was yesterday I got a room with a noisy bathroom door when opened because there was a gap underneath that could be peeked from outside as in the photo above. In addition, in the bathroom there is no difference between shampoo and soap bottles, it should be labeled so you don't take the wrong one. The rest is okay, the AC and water heater are working. There are also many choices for food around, just walk.
