Great place

The property was very clean. The apartments seem to have been recently updated and are very modern. It did seem to be noisy at times due to the area. There were mini split A/C in every room as well as TVs. It is an excellent deal for the price paid. Very close to the docks where we went fishing. I would definitely stay there again when going fishing in Rocky Point.

Room was filthy. Solid coating of dirt on floors, hadn’t been dusted in what looked like months. Furniture was heavily stained.Bathroom was disgusting. I immediately left. There is no staff onsite

This convince of this place because it with in walking distance to everything and so many options of food near by and convince stores

I really like this hotel. I like that it has a full kitchen and two bedrooms. The location is great ! The parking lot is very tight

This hotel is the most value for hour dollar! I stay here very time I come! The parking lot is simple when you just back in, so you can pull straight out when you leave/ spacious, full kitchen, table and room to do just about everything! So glad this hotel is here!

It was an amazing stay. Really clean wish I appreciated. Real convenient, main road, near so many convenience stores and restaurants. Could get almost everywhere walking distance or short drive. Keep in mind it’s a main road so might bother your sleep if you are not use to loud noises during nap time. Even tho they where so kind to leave ear plugs for noise cancellation. I’m use to loud noises during night so didn’t bother me at all. Great parking secure, not for huge cars or cars with big tails. Inside big rooms, specious kitchen and living room. Great for family, coffee maker ( of course bring coffee and sugar), they have dishes, utensils, pans, blender, everything as you where at home. Also don’t need to bring soap or shampoo, they have it all. Truly amazing.

The property is well kept, but the area isn’t very nice and is extremely noisy it is in a very busy area. Lot’s of traffic.

THE PLACE IS NICE AN CLEAN BUT A LITTLE NOISE BY THE CAR THE CROSS THE STREET AROUND.

The property was good limited parking space noisy at night. Dining cheers were dirty missing remote from tvs call Front desk had to call several times in order to get someone to answer
