Beautiful room and gorgeous stay! Traveled alone for business and the place was just right. I loved it here.

Nice property

This location was amazing! The property a selected was a one bedroom and it did not disappoint. This is a great location as it is near a lot of different areas/beaches. It’s 5 min from the choli, less than 7 from La placita, about 15-20 from old San Juan. The property was clean and it was very comfortable. We did not have any issues during our stay. It was easy to access the property/room. About a block away there’s a small bar, Bonanza, which we loved! I will definitely book again with them when I visit in the future.

We (myself, husband and two sons) stayed here for a few days. The property is gorgeous! The cleaning ladies were super sweet and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was not the best, but I felt safe.

The Stay was amazing came down for my daughter’s 23rd Birthday and Mother’s Day and I can’t wait to book here again, had everything we possibly could need and more also located around everything near by.

Staff were very friendly and polite. Hard working people. Amazing building, room and stay I ever experienced. I can’t wait to book another date in this property.

They did an excellent job with extra touches such as toiletries, decorations and kitchen utensils. I was very impressed by their attention to detail. Thank you for a great stay!

When I checked in, there was no blanket if they had a baby blanket so next day I ask for a blanket they gave me a dirty blanket which stains and then she said oh I’m sorry then she gave me another blanket and that blanket look like it’s like 510 years old The towels in the bathroom was like a wash thousand times the bed head springs that was poking me they changed the bed, but it wasn’t what I expected. It was the bed was similar to before AC wasn’t working. They fixed the AC but same thing next stage AC wasn’t cooling enough.

The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was a central location that made it convenient to get an Uber to get to all the hot spots around San Juan. If I have one criticism, the neighborhood it was located in was kinda sketchy and there were no markets or restaurants within walking distance.

Overall happy with stay and area. Everything is so close by. Looking forward to coming back 😁

The place is in a great area that is close to everything. The property is much smaller than you think and needs a couple of amenities that would make things more comfortable like fixing a wobbly toilet or providing more toliet paper and cleaning supplies. Beyond that we like how San Juan was accessible to us and the parking was right in front. There was a crazy party that happened with another guest but that wasn’t the owner’s fault.

I loved the property. They had beach chairs and ice coolers provided. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise. If you’re looking for a quiet spot, this is not it. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Our stay was great. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Very responsive communication with property management. Easy check in/check out.
