Comunicación fue excelente, muy atenta, quizás el único inconveniente es que vinimos en época de lluvia, y como VIP amenities, estábamos supuestos a recibir parqueo, desafortunadamente el parqueo no fue en el edificio, y movernos con tanta lluvia y tantas maletas pues si fue un inconveniente. Aparte de eso no hay absolutamente quejas, la locación fue perfecta. Muchas gracias.

This place has a great view. The owner was so helpful and we felt safe, so many places to eat and hang out. We enjoy this place and man did I sleep well

The property is close to one of the nicest areas in Guayaquil! Transportation is easy to get, and is close to the water front!

The apartment has everything you need to feel at home with a beautiful river view. The area is very safe and you can walk at night.

From doing check in everything was a nightmare. Apartment owner was rude and treated me to cancel the reservation even when it was paid and i did provide the receipt for it to him and the person helping me with thdi issue from hotel.com. we found roaches, broken lights, mold in the bathroom, weed smell daily in the halla, next door apartment screaming and laughing until 3am and customer service in the lobby was rude. No visitors are allowed unless you pay extra per visitor even if the meet you at the lobby. If you want to uae the lobby bathroom they will charge you more. Will never recommend and give zero stars to it. Im a weeky traveler, trust me when i say dont stay here you will regret

Es un area muy seguro y cómodo. Me gusto mucho que tenía un supermercado y farmacia a unos pocos pasos de nuestro hospedaje. La comunicación con la persona encargada fue muy buena. Personal muy atento. Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar.

The property is wonderful, spacious, inviting, neat & clean. The service was beyond excellent. When I arrived I was greeted very well & when I returned the key I also felt well. I travel 2 to 3 times a year to Ecuador, I travel around and have stayed at other hotel, above them all this one is the best! when I return later this year with a doubt I will stay here again. Right below is a great night light, great restaurants, the Perla at the Malecon is just around the corner & safe to walk over there, there are guards all around. The taxi drivers at the hotel steps are great as well, in particular Cesar, great driver. I love it & highly recommend it.

Very secure, nice view. Clean and friendly service, easy to find food, coffee.Malecón nice place to walk and clean. Security people inside the building very friendly. See you next year.
