Comfortable beds, everything was clean and modern. We had a great stay. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at a ULIV in Mexico City (the first was in January at ULIVE Mexico City a few blocks away) and both have been excellent. They are a solid option for a very reasonable price. The ONLY thing I wish they had, which they do not, is an in-room safe. It is an odd omission for a place of this type/level. It would make me more comfortable to have a secure spot to leave our passports, extra cash, etc.

The apartment is very convenient with benefits like filtered water and an espresso machine. Apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage for us so we could have extra time to spend in the city. Overall it is a nice part of the city with many places walking distance and metro around the corner. Well recommended

This property was in a great location and allowed us to walk any where within the city. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was equipped with all necessities and the hotel as a whole was always clean. The front desk employees were always friendly. Would recommend this place if you’re staying in CDMX!

Everything was great, rooms had everything we needed and the staff lead by Edmundo was excellent.

The property was clean, a huge space with tons of amenities. It is in a great part of town, with plenty of places to eat nearby. Tons of shops too. Would recommend!

Check in and check out were a breeze. The room was spacious and adequate. We were on the 12th floor and the view was nice. The location of the property was the best part; walking distance to great shops & restaurants and a quick Uber ride to anywhere you'd wanna go. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome each day we were there. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful, I believe it was Edmundo and Laura who were incredibly helpful and kind. The property was great, but the room lacked a bit of character. Loved the common areas. loved the location.

Great apartment building!

Nice place, great location, it’s in Roma Norte which is a nice neighborhood, good mix of locals and tourists plus a lot around in quick walking distance. The bathroom was the least favorite as the towels were not super clean, and the shower takes about 10-15 minutes to get hot. It’s only warm until then. The staff was super nice with the exception of 1 of the cleaners, she was not the nicest. The laundry is a communal setup for the building and I had issues with it as it soaked my clothes twice, also wasn’t the cleanest. The WiFi is doable however not the fastest. The flat screen tv was a a huge plus, and it comes with Netflix, YouTube, etc. The building security was also great, they were super strict at night letting people in and that felt good.

Great neighbor to stay at with plenty of options for food, drinks etc. Hotel was modern with plenty of nice amenities. Would definitely recommend people to stay here.

The apartment was very nice and specious. We had the two bedroom apartment. Staff was nice and friendly. I had a problem with my code but they were able to fix the problem asap.

We stayed about 20 days in the apartment, we felt secure and the space of the apartment was fine for us (4 people). We kept it clean so we didn’t need to hire housecleaning. It was very disappointing seeing how they clean the laundry room. It was always dirty and some washing machines were not working or the cleaning crew used them too. Overall, the apartment is on a great location.

Edmundo was a very helpful host. He was always attentive to our needs. The gym is well equipped and the terrace is peaceful. Many restaurants, shopping, grocery, pharmacy, and banks close by. Perfect home base for all our CDMX experiences.
