Central location

Disappointed in the lack of complete communication with online check in process, broken A/C, no response whatsoever when we asked for it to be fixed. Tried to follow the directions but couldn't because it didn't make any sense. Kept saying that we would be sent a check in link -never received it

Clean, on 27th floor, views were amazing, conveniently located, only feedback would be to provide more pillows as only two in second room and very flat, overall would recommend and would stay again

Lots of room. Great balcony views. Easy access to downtown shopping and restaurants.
