It is a wonderful little hotel, with excellent food, gorgeous views from restaurant and rooms. Food is gourmet style with a nice personal touch from chef. Rooms are charming, spacious and comfortable. Our room has the best view of the mountain-even the pyramid, jacuzzi excellent. Service in all details was very good, friendly and kind. Highly recommended. Exceptional experience!

Beautiful hotel, close to everything. One of the highlights of our Mexico trip. We stayed in Federica room #3, not hot tub but the room was still amazing with a private patio

Lugar ideal para descansar, en pleno centro, por lo que todo está caminando, y con un gran restaurante a un lado, gran comida, camas muy cómodas, y una vista increíble del tepozteco; un lugar sabroso para fin de semana y relajarse.

Extraordinario hotel, superó mis expectativas, todo muy limpio, la vista está muy bella y aunque está ubicado en el centro, no se escucha nada de ruido. Lo recomiendo bastante!

The room Antonio is nice. Unfortunately the pool is very small looks more like a large tub and the water is not heated. Everything else was very enjoyable.

The hotel is located at the heart of Tepoztlán making it very easy to enjoy the town. Our bedroom was breathtaking, with an unbeatable view, spacious, clean and confortable. 5 star service, will be coming back!

Good place to stay in the town and good food at it

Grounds crew working and using electric skill saw directly outside our door for both of our days. Water pressure very low for cold water so only option was a trickle or scalding. Big gaps under doors to outdoor areas, cleanliness not great. Given the price we paid we expected more…. $9078 pesos for two nights.
