Un appart vraiment parfait

Just perfect

This was ideal for us. We were at a sports event and I had a few extra kids with me. It was great to have two bedrooms and a place to cook. Restaurants and grocery stores all a quick walk. It was ideal

The room was a little dirty under the bed, but the bed was incredibly comfortable and the whole space was stunning. The emails were straightforward, and accessing it was not much of an issue. Would recommend.

This place was clean, well Situated , had a well Stocked kitchen. There is a café on the ground floor of the building for coffee sandwiches and light snacks. Grocery store across the street as well as a large food court.

The apartment is fine. It had everything we needed. Hand towel was not provided. I got the 1 bedroom option and probably for price paid it was not worth. The location is good, there is a grocery store and dining options really close to the building and a coffee shop downstairs.

Very nice place, love it and you are so close ok all service.

This property was spotlessly clean and roomy. It was very comfortable for our family to stay in over Christmas vacation. My teenagers really loved the food court "the pyramid" next door which gave them tons of cheap food options. It's good to have a parking garage also. The only thing was the apartment is pretty soulless. It's kind of a white box- no art, no color, no personal touch. It's like a clean apartment waiting for someone to move in. Otherwise very comfortable and 15 minutes drive to Old Quebec.

What I liked about my stay at Appart-Hôtel L'UNI was the fact that it felt like a home away from home. My family and I enjoyed the quietness of the building but also the accessibility of it. We loved that the grocery store and other fast food places were in close proximity. Having free parking is something that not places offer, so being able to park my car in a secure underground garage is something that I appreciate about the property. Lastly, the distance of the property to the heart of all the activities downtown was one of the best features. If you're looking for a place that is spacious and gives you the feeling of home, then Appart-Hôtel L'UNI is the place for you. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Super nice apartment big and clean very modern

Lovely cozy apartment and perfect for a couple. It was also very clean and had the necessary utilities. The apartment is also well situated in an area with almost everything — from dining, grocery to transportation. No complaints whatsoever and I’d definitely recommend.

Feels like home for my family of 5.
