Unique treehouse with monkeys you can hand feed and friendly, responsive staff. The resort is a solid 20 minutes from shopping and restaurant choices- so be prepared for regular taxi expenses if you do not have a car. This is not a “pamper” resort where guests lounge around the pool, but it’s a unique option if you have offsite entertainment plans.

Nice Place to Stay, exelent service

Lovely place! Eco-friendly, in nature, quaint peaceful place, close to Xcaret, Xenses, and Xplor. Staff was very attentive, kind, and just superb. Included breakfast had choices of fruit, cereal, pastries, eggs, omelette, juices, and coffee. An overall absolute lovely place, felt like i was at home. Highly recommended!

Very quaint boutique hotel, with amazing staff, situated in the jungle, walking steps to Xcaret, Xplor and Xenses. Breakfast included and they have a restaurant for dinner. We were a family of 4 with 2 pre-teens and we always felt very safe. Service here felt very personalized. The highlight was definitely the spider monkeys where you can feed them. Cant wait to return.

Excellent service! The staff treated us like being home. Very friendly. They also helped us to coordinate transportation. We definitely will go back. Best choice to stay in Xcaret area!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very close to Xcaret park without having to spend a fortune on lodging. The unit we stayed at was comfortable with lots of space with patio. Would definitely come back. Thank you for an an amazing service!

The facility was very pretty and seemed updated but the pool area was small, dirty and in the shade. We didn't even use it. Also, we had our family of four in the room with a bed and sofa bed. I slept on the sofa bed with my daughter and it had a wooden beam going across so I had to sleep with my head at the feet area to avoid laying on the beam with my hip. Very uncomfortable. Also, there was no blanket or comforter for the sofa bed. When I asked they said they didn't have any. The location is very far from anything so we had to taxi into to town a few times which was an extra $40 USD each way. Otherwise, the rooms, food and staff were great. And the outdoor lounge was nice and relaxing.

Fantastic location near Xcaret park, amazing staff, wonderful facilities, right in the heart of the jungle. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, start and end your day with a visit from the spider monkeys, relax in the pool or have a message. A must visit for anyone wanting to enjoy all that nature has to offer.

Amazing place to stay, relax and get back to nature. From the outstanding employee, dining with monkeys and relaxing by the pool or at the spa. It's perfect!

It was like living in a beautiful jungle. The staff was awesome and assisted with all of my needs. I can’t wait to return.

Hotel and staff were amazing. The environment was Tropical and majestic. Was able to feed monkeys.Parking was difficult due to all trees. Hard to find if using Apple Maps recommend using google maps when traveling in Mexico.

The staff was very polite. I wanted to like this place, but we ended up leaving early due to a few reasons. The room had a musty smell to it, sheets had stains on them and the worst part is that its extremely hard to find (even with the directions they gave us through whatsapp) We ended up getting super lost late at night trying to find it on pur way back from shopping. Google kept taking us in circles and trying to have us enter the adventure park thats next to it where we were approched by a guard with a gun. I tried to contact them about a refund but no answer. I would not recommend this hotel

The hotel is small and comfortable. The food was great and so was the staff. This is a relaxing and quiet resort.

Off the beaten path but exactly what I needed. 10 min south of Playa right in the middle of the jungle. This place was perfection! I can't rave about this place enough. My son and I went on vacation together and stayed here as an option instead of Xcaret and man am I glad we did. The staff is beyond fantastic! They make you feel like family! And if you need a taxi - they have a guy!! And he can drop you off and pick up! The pink house down the road is great for breakfast as an alternative to their amazing breakfast. We will be back to see Fanny, Nemesio and Fernando!!! :)

The staff go above and beyond for you. The monkeys are everywhere and the food is wonderful. The little bakery down the way is wonderful as well.

Very friendly staffs and the location is so close to Xcaret parks. They serve great breakfast. Monkeys are lovely and easy to see in the morning.

We loved every minute of our stay from the moment we arrived. The entire staff was incredible. It was super clean and quiet. Check in was a breeze and the staff was helpful the entire time. We were able to interact with the local monkeys the entire stay. We also met the sweet local cat Fernanda. Emilio's restsurant was incredible. Everything we ate was cooked to perfection with so much flavor. We recieved amazing massages during our stay. We walked to XPLOR park very easily from the back road There was a bus stop with 5 minutes to take us to XCARET. I have no complaints only praise to Terasu and family for making us feel right at home in their piece of paradise. We will definitely be back. Thank yall soooo much!!!
