The service, location, room cleanliness, were simply perfect. Enjoyed the visit and one night stay in Val'Quirico on a Monday. No crowds, no waiting list at restaurants; in summary, avoid the weekends and stay at least one night at Pietro Santo. Highly recommended.

Todo padrísimo y lindo excepto que no hay ventilador en la habitación, abrí ventanas y balcones y obvio el ruido de la música y cantantes.

I need to know the level of the room before arrival. My wife has a bad knee and suffers from having to go upstairs two levels. Room excellent, but I had to call for a hair dryer and a heater since the room does not have heater (little cold at night) ...

We love the property

Our stay was great here! The apartment was beautiful and so clean. I wish we were able to use the washer and dryer but everything else was great. Pietro Santo contacted us through text to confirm what time we were arriving and when we got there they helped us carry our luggage upstairs. We only stayed 1 day but I wish we would’ve stayed for more. We would come back here .

This first time in Mexico was amazing specially the hotel everything was closed and the apartment this very clean

En general muy bien.

Nos gustó mucho el departamento. Tiene cocina y utensilios, refrigerador. Nos ofrecieron cafetera pero con Nescafé así es que lleven su café de grano, yo tomé Nescafé pero el olor a café de grano para mí hubiera sido genial. Todo muy bien y atentos. Gracias y seguro que volveré.

Excelente servicio y atencion

Todo estuvo muy bien; unos detalles mínimos que podrían mejorar serían: - Poner calentador de paso para la regadera porque sacaba agua congelada o hirviendo - Que los botes de basura para el papel sanitario estén sellados, ya que los botes de cesta tejida dejan escapar olores. De ahí en fuera, todo estuvo excelente y estoy muy contento con mi estancia. Definitivamente regresaré.
