Large resort hotel partially with lower floors built into rock mountain, beautifully landscaped property with golf course. Frequent shuttle bus service to Vic Falls and City Ctr. Nice, comfortable rooms with small balconies.

This was an amazing place. Food was outstanding, staff was friendly and helpful. Had a view of the river as well as Victoria Falls. Golf course was filled with animals in the early evening and enjoyable to sit and relax and watch them.

A beautiful resort in a stunning location and the rooms were lovely. Staff were the most friendly and helpful in the whole world, as Zimbabweans are! A wonderful experience.

This is a world class 5 star resort with guest services second to none. They are very accommodating and will go above and beyond for you. The resort and grounds are immaculate. Magnificent views of Zambezi and can see the spray from the falls. We stayed here for three weeks and I would highly recommend it. Sharon and her whole team at guest services were spectacular and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Trinity and his team at the front desk are very accommodating. Peter and his team in the restaurant and kitchen provide amazing service.You can truly immerse yourself in the African culture here if you desire

Very friendly and helpful staff. Has everything you need except airport thansfers ($30 pp each way !) Golf course requires more attention but still playable.Probably try another of many available hotels in Vic Falls, next time.

I had a bad room experience.. lights didn’t work, water everywhere with shower and it didn’t drain, toilet kept running, air conditioner very noisy, connecting room noisy at 6:15 am and the connecting door banged. At around 11:00 pm I thought someone was breaking into the room Difficulty getting room change and your machines wouldn’t accept my credit card … it was fine the night before

Service by reception Witness is outstanding. We booked two twin beds room but not available when we checked in. He offered to add one bed to our room and then changed to another room next day. Customer relation manager also sent a fruit basket and a bottle of wine next day. Service is outstanding.

bayhtubs extremely slippery need safrty treadsin tubs to prevent falling during shower. My husband was taking a shower and slipped bruising his backside

It was a perfect stay, good value for money. The staff were cautious and always available.

I liked the golf course although the hotel is not doing much to advertise the golf course to the tourist , out of the hundreds of the people booked at hotel on the 24th only 2 people from the hotel played , the rest were locals 2) the hotel could have organized better entertainment that does not affect those who don’t like loud music , however loud music was played on the 24th and 25th Dec disturbing those who needed to rest . Considering the hotel talks a lot abt preserving nature and the animals I feel the animal kingdom was invaded and disturbed by such loud music and the hotel compromising on their own values . 3) parking was poorly oganised and visitors ended up parking way far from the hotel risking being attacked by roaming animals at nite as the lighting in the garden is dull and poor. 4) most members of the staff were not aware of certain processes and procedures and ended up saying the wrong things or misleading customers , training to deal with crowds and knowing what to say or refer upwards when in doubt wld help 5) too many trainees and hired waiters who did understand the operations and how to serve the customers was a big challenge tonthe customer experience, again this could have avoided by preparing and equping the waiters

Very friendly staff and good location in Victoria Falls, not very far cab ride from town. Nice spacious room. We only stayed overnight and can't comment on the amenities though.

Extremely comfortable and very large suite. Excellent breakfast with great choice. Very efficient and friendly work force. Great grounds with plenty of widelife. Free shuttle to and from town centre. Highly recommended and good value.
