Good location, 5-10 minutes walk from the old town. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel provides free bicycle service, very convenient for moving around.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Yizstel Hoi An completely stole my heart! 💛 The building is so charming, the rooms are spacious with beautiful interiors, and the amenities are spot on. They even have free bicycles, making it super easy to explore the Ancient Town just minutes away. 🚲 The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. From the thoughtful design to the perfect location, everything here was chef’s kiss. If you’re coming to Hoi An, this is the place to stay!

The location is very close to the old town. Convenient for sightseeing. The hotel is new so everything is new and clean. I hope the hotel keeps its style. But the soundproofing is poor so you can hear the noise outside clearly, you have to wake up early in the morning 😂. The receptionist and security are very friendly except for one staff member who is not very friendly 🥹. The space is comfortable. If I come back, I will still choose this place, I hope the hotel doesn't lose its style like this.

Great location close to the center. Our room was lovely, spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff were always polite and extremely friendly. You can borrow bikes for free and cycle around the old town. Highly recommended!
