Great new hotel. Facilities are top notch. Staff is very nice but not very experienced.

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay in a large triple room with a big balcony overlooking the pool and outside seating area. The bathroom was great with plenty of towels, constant hot water and a good shower to look forward to after a day at the beach. Our room had a good size fridge but no kettle for hot drinks although they could be purchased at the bar downstairs for an extremely reasonable price. Staff were very helpful and polite, always doing their best to accommodate us. The pool was fantastic, large and clean, and surrounded with sun loungers. Breakfast was adequate with just enough variety, hot drinks were barista style and brought to you. Lots of parking and easily accessible. I would not recommend a mountain view room that faces out the back of the hotel as it looks onto an unpleasant mineral water factory.

Absolutely loved it, amazing experience

A bit confused by all of the reviews. Whilst the service was great, we got in quite late but there was a 24 hour check-in. The room was quite small and the bed was quite uncomfortable. The swimming pool was also empty (no water) do it did not look like the images in the hotel. Maybe we were just there in the wrong day but the pictures don’t reflect the stay we had for the rooms or pool area.

Brand new hotel, was super clean and comfortable, the staff where fantastic really attentive and helpful. In door pool and sea was a nice touch

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was a good size for four people, very clean, and well-maintained. We enjoyed the swimming pool and both the wet and dry saunas, with towels and robes provided. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant offered delicious food at reasonable prices. The location was peaceful, with a short drive to either Orikum or Vlore.

We’ve just returned from an excellent stay at Acros Resort - theres a really relaxed vibe about the place, with a beautiful backdrop of the surrounding mountains. Gorgeous sunsets. Everything was super clean, we had a fair choice of items for breakfast and we were so impressed with the staff;. They’re a young bunch that did such a great job of tending to us in a really friendly, professional manner. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We also enjoyed some delicious cooked meals (and great wine selection) in the evenings, a credit to the chef! We would recommend Acros to anyone staying in the Vlorë county without question.

It was an amazing experience. The hotel should definitely have more stars. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the place was clean and nice. definitely recommend it

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel and overall, it was a great experience. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the stunning view — truly breathtaking and something you’d expect to see on a postcard. Waking up to that scenery each morning was a real treat and added so much to the overall atmosphere of the trip. While my expectations going in were slightly higher, I still found the stay to be enjoyable and comfortable. The staff were very kind, warm, and welcoming throughout our visit. They went out of their way to offer assistance, whether it was calling a cab, answering questions about local attractions, or providing other helpful services. Their attentiveness definitely helped enhance the experience. A special shout-out goes to the receptionist, a young lady who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Her professionalism, excellent communication, and genuine hospitality made us feel well taken care of and added a personal touch that didn’t go unnoticed. The local area was also a big plus — the people were friendly and the environment felt safe and relaxed. As for the food, it was tasty and fresh, though the variety was somewhat limited. If you’re someone who enjoys a wide range of options, that might be something to keep in mind. Cleanliness was clearly a priority at this property. Everything was tidy, well-kept, and maintained to a high standard, which really helped

Habe mir leider beim Frühstück eine Lebensmittelvergiftung geholt, die Hygienestandards sind ausbaufähig, die Kühlkette funktioniert offensichtlich nicht. Das Hotel präsentiert sich auf Fotos wirklich schön, aber es fehlt an den Details. Im Spa fehlen beispielsweise Haken und Ablagemöglichkeiten, das Dampfbad war meiner Meinung nach noch nie in Betrieb. Würde ich tatsächlich nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht empfehlen.

Prachtige omgeving. Als je echt voor je rust komt is dit de perfecte locatie. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Schone ruime familiekamers. Het ontbijt was wel elke dag hetzelfde en de restaurants en winkels zijn op 30 minuten afstand dus je moet wel echt een auto hebben.

Hôtel bien situé et propre. Personnels accueillants souriant et pro. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Très bon séjour dans ce très joli hôtel : chambre , piscine et restaurant sont très appréciables. Personnel jeune , disponible , serviable et souriant . Emplacement calme avec vue montagne et mer. Petit bémol : une boisson chaude par personne pour le petit déjeuner et pas forcément de cocktails mais ça n’empêche pas de passer un bon séjour

The place is very clean, the pool and surroundings are amazing. The hotel seems like it started working. Before it being fully finished. There is no phone to contact reception in the rooms, there are no tissues, coffee machine or boiler in the room. Our room was quite small. There’s no gym but they will make one. The bar in the pool area is not working and there is a warning that you can’t take food to the pool area. It has potential but it isn’t a fully functional hotel yet and it felt expensive for what it was. That being said, once you are in the pool looking at the mountains, you forget about that.

El hotel es hermoso, se nota que es nuevo. La ubicación es ideal, cerca a Vlore, Orikum y Dhermi, con parqueadero privado gratuito. Además de la piscina exterior, tiene una piscina interior hermosa y zonas húmedas. La habitación es amplia y muy cómoda, teníamos un balcón grande con vistas excelentes. Creo que el hotel tiene bastante potencial pero debe mejorar varios aspectos para que la experiencia de los huéspedes sea excelente: 1. Poner caja fuerte en las habitaciones (me sorprende que un hotel de esta categoría no tenga) 2. Mejorar el desayuno! Esto nos decepcionó mucho, muy poca variedad y nada especial, los huevos eran increíblemente grasosos, la fruta no era buena, solo un tipo de cereal, no había avena/granola, en la sección de mermeladas no había una etiqueta indicando de qué eran (había como 12 bowls y uno no sabía que se estaba comiendo), en las mesas nunca pusieron servilletas (las teníamos que pedir/buscar), para las bebidas también teníamos que buscar al mesero donde fuera que estuviera para pedirlas, etc.. 3. Mejorar el servicio/entrenar el personal, el servicio fue malo y poco profesional, atienden niños y adolescentes que no están pendientes de las necesidades de los clientes, siempre teníamos que buscarlos/perseguirlos para pedirles cosas básicas como servilletas, cubiertos, bebidas. No hay nadie en la piscina a quien se le pueda pedir bebidas ni nada por el estilo. Si el hotel mejora esto, sería perfecto y pagaría más!!! Aún así lo recomiendo
