Very convenient place in the Est Terminal. People at the reception very attentive and the room was very clean and comfortable.

I really like the facts that the staffs are friendly and the hotel is very neat and safe,also their services are topnotch and excellent

Great spot for an overnight in. Tiranë. A short walk from the east bus terminal. Very helpful staff, wonderful accommodations, nice breakfast and plenty of shopping and dining options.

The hotel was new and located above the bus terminal which was perfect as we had an early morning bus trip scheduled. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The room was clean and lovely with nice amenities. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed with a large shower area. We left before breakfast but were given a breakfast to go. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel. Great hotel for the traveler!

Amazing hotel! Staff is reallly friend. Breakfast is good. Internally it is all modern, big and clean. It was a bit difficult to find, but it is really worthy.

Stayed here twice, came back as it’s right next to the bus station and simply had the nicest staff of anywhere I’ve stayed who go above and beyond especially with regard to arranging locked price taxi to downtown Tirana. Highly recommend staying here And thanks again to the lovely staff

Super comfy bed (also massive), spotlessly clean room and bathroom and fresh delicious buffet breakfast. I had chosen the hotel as I had an early bus journey from the station downstairs, so conveniently located for my purpose too.

ティラーナの新しくできたイースト・バスターミナルに入るホテル。 部屋はコンパクトですが、新しいので清潔。朝食もこのランクにしては結構良かったです。 隣に大きいショッピングセンターがあり、急な買い物、食事に困りません。ダウンタウンまではTAXIで10€程度で15分位で到着、遠いと感じませんでした。 中国の団体客と連日遭遇しました。

1-Otel şehir merkezine 7km mesafede olup Doğu Terminalinin üst katında, TEG isimli büyük bir alış veriş merkezinin tam karşisindadır. 2023 yılında inşa edilmiş yeni bir oteldir. 2- 8A ve 2 numaralı otobüslerle şehir merkezine yarım saatte ulaşmak mümkündür. Bilet ücreti 0.4 €' dur. Taksi ücreti ise 7-8 € civarındadır. 3- Çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımseverdir. 4- Kahvaltı açık büfe olup çeşit yeterli, ürünler taze ve lezzetlidir. 5- Oda ve banyo yeterli genişlikte olup, temiz ve bakımlıdır. 6- Odada klima ve mini buzdolabı mevcuttur. Fiyatlar da gayet uygundur. 7- Terminalin üst katında olması başka ülkelere ulaşım kolaylığı sağlamaktadır. Ayrıca ücret karşılığı havaalanı transferi yapılmaktadır. 8- Biz çok memnun kaldık. Metro Hotel ve çalışanlarına teşekkür ediyoruz. Herkese öneriyoruz. Şehir içindeki daha kalitesiz otellere daha çok para vermenin anlamı yok.

Very nice new hotel with friendly staff. Nicely decorated and extremely tidy room. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for us, since we needed to catch the long distance bus from the terminal downstairs on the morning. Shopping center 100 meters away. Also easy to reach the city center by city bus.
