Incredible staff and rooms. Very clean and the staff is friendly and accommodates many asks. Room service came in multiple times a day to tidy and set up.

Property was beautifully designed and new. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. The spa was incredible - 5 stars. Food was very good and nice variety on the menu with daily specials. The only thing we did not like was the pool area is small (only 8 loungers) and right beside the restaurant & open air kitchen which can be loud if you are trying to relax. Also, not much of a beach area to speak of.

The hotel was 5 Star +. The food, the drinks, the staff were all very high end and we will definitely be back. The boat to the village is available within 5 - 10 minutes at any hour. Amazing. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful week's stay and, like other reviewers, can't say enough about how much we enjoyed ourselves. Quick highlights: + First and foremost, all the very friendly, and helpful staff. + Spacious, well appointed room with very comfortable king bed and balcony with ocean view. + Hotel restaurant, pool, little beach, shuttle-boat and other amenities were excellent and made for a luxurious and relaxed five-star vacation. I'm summary, one of the nicest places we have stayed. Many thanks and best wishes to all the staff.

From the moment you get there and get picked up by the boat and taken over to the property and welcomed by the staff, it feels like a special place. We were surprised how nice our room was, loved the aesthetic. The restaurant on site is creative and you could eat there all the time and get something different. The breakfast was amazing with the fresh fruit and bread and you had a menu you could order off of as well. Such a beautiful setting, and the attentative staff made it a very nice stay. Lots to do in the area from snorkeling, visiting the ruins, cave to being going to the town by a 5 min boat ride. I highly recommend staying at this lovely resort.

Everything from arrival to departure was immaculate. The staff made me feel right at home constantly checked on me and made sure I had everything I needed. The pool was the perfect temperature, the food was amazing and I honestly was at peace my entire stay. Make sure you ask about doing the sound bath class while you’re there oh and definitely get a massage as well. I would rate my stay 1000/10

This resort was amazing from the staff, who accommodated me and my wife very well, the room, the views, the food. There were plenty to do from swimming in the pool or the beach, which was literally a step off my balcony, to snorkeling, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and pickleball etc. The resort is on its own lisland however they have boards to get from the island to the village on demand. This resortbis luxury and relaxation at its finest. I booked the spacious king and I'm telling you it's beautiful and luxurious and you will not be disappointed. Just a few things to be aware of is room service was not 24/7 with a cutoff time of between 9-10pm. The food menu was a bit limited in my opinion however staff will try to accommodate your requests as much as possible. Also, there's a service charge at the end of stay which is gratuity for staff which I payed around $182USD for a 5-6 day stay. I will definitely stay at this resort again.

Definitely a very laid back resort. The staff was super friendly and professional. Restaurant food was not always 5 star quality. But everything else about the resort was definitely 5 star!! Maybe have some type of musical entertainment or a fun vibe of music playing.

This hotel easily earns an 8 out of 10. I didn’t rate it a perfect score because, while the grounds, rooms, and staff were truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and accommodating—the food was a major letdown. And not just slightly disappointing—I mean genuinely bad. To make matters worse, the food was also quite expensive, which made the experience even more frustrating. If you stay here, I’d recommend planning to go into town for meals. I gave the food three separate chances, hoping it would improve, but each experience fell short. Even something as simple as French fries missed the mark. A skilled local chef could make a huge difference, especially since the food we had elsewhere on the mainland was consistently excellent. That said, everything else about the stay was wonderful. The staff were some of the warmest and friendliest people I’ve ever encountered, the rooms and views were absolutely breathtaking, and it ended up being one of the most relaxing vacations I’ve ever taken. Placencia is truly a hidden gem, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Possibly one of the best places we have ever stayed. From being picked up by the captain on the transfer boat to the island and being met by the front of house team on the jetty with a welcome cocktail to leaving 4 days later, the stay was perfect. Stunning room looking out over the sea, excellent gym, great food and drink and staff who were without parallel. Nothing could have been better.

The resort was spotless and gorgeous. Service was top tier. I will be coming back to stay here within the next few months.

The hotel staff members were attentive and knowledgeable about the area. The amenties were perfect and everything we needed for our stay. The concierge team was very helpful with booking tours and excursions throughout our stay. We would love to come back and stay again in the future.

Loved this place. Exactly what I was looking for, out of the way and minimal humans lol. Extremely clean (it's newly opened) and the staff is extremely hospitable. From the entire staff greeting us upon arrival until the day we left, our stay was the very best. I can't wait until they complete the entire property and yes I will definitely be back very soon.
