Everything is excellent except internet connection is not very reliable. The communication with manager first starts with ai agent and then connects you to a human who simply tells you internet is fine and all their network devices are working. Also there is no towel exchange despite the fact we stayed for 5 nights.

Absolutely loved staying in the penthouse unit. We stayed during winter and it was still nice and warm inside. Beautiful views and so much space. Decently stocked kitchen so we were able to buy some groceries around the corner and cook dinner. Would definitely stay again!!

All communication is handled via a cumbersome AI robot that is programmed to make it difficult to contact real staff. We have spent countless hours during our few days staying at this accommodation to get in touch with the responsible staff. Especially when we by mistake got locked out and we had to wait several hours in the stairwell before we finally get help and get into the apartment. In addition, we were greeted by a large puddle every evening that we had to take care of because one of the air conditioners was not working. Also after being fixed (the door frame beneath showed old traces of leakage when we arrived). As a guest, having to put out buckets and dry puddles daily is beyond criticism. In addition, the TV was broken, but it was replaced after a day or so by some craftsmen who came in with their shoes on without warning while we were sitting and eating breakfast. Wi-Fi does not work properly. Even though the "host" restarted it, you repeatedly get disconnected from their Wi-Fi. So we completely gave up on this "service". The balcony door was also broken and could not be closed when we arrived. But was fixed rather quickly. All mentioned above was related by the host as "minor" problems. Arrogant to say the least! We asked for compensation which was not met at all. Of course we will inform Hotels.com about this. Have stayed in many hotels over the years via hotel.com but never given such a low rating.
