Awesome service, the stuff so friendly

Art deco style was great. Only bad-no elevator.

Room is to small Early in the mornig a lot birds in the window making noise No elevador and no parking

Good location but some view of property is too dirty looking also parking is a bit far and very tight to park. Lots of stair no elevator. Dated looking looking needs to be updated. Over all Love the closeness of many historic sites.

We liked the location. Great for older people like us at 85 and 83. Could walk to the Cathedral, National Theater and National Palace. The staff were wonderful. They took care of us, helping with luggage, coffee in the morning and moved us from level 3 to level 2 when a room became available. Thanks

Everything was great, super location. Should have an external sign for the hotel so you know you have arrived when driving by

El Salvador is currently evolving into a more developed nation. The folks at the hotel were very kind and always went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Since the hotel is located in a very busy part of the historic district, we could hear the commotion of traffic and people selling their wares in the streets. Nevertheless, we had opportunity to walk to many places within the historic center and appreciate the many beautiful buildings that have now become highlights of the area. This hotel’s location was perfect for what we intended!

Room was great size and loved that this hotel is near everything.

They refused to have any luggage left after check out for any amount of time. We had a check in at another hotel 4 hours later, 2 kids plus luggage. I said I would pay if I had to but they completely refused to leave the luggage for any time at all.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that breakfast was not included. Everything else was great and amazing.
