I really love it ,brand new hotel rooms are bigger pretty mice .breakfast is good and very every morning and the staff very helpful

Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Can be noisy at night due to activity in ground floor restaurant and outdoor patio. Breakfast options are limited and redundant. Smoking is permitted/tolerated in the restaurant which can detract from the dining experience for non-smokers.

A short 10 minutes drive from airport (traffic dependant). Amazing staff, always pleasant and helpful. Rooms were large and very clean. Showers had great water pressure and air conditioner worked almost too well. Decent breakfast spread in the morning and able to store bags as well. We would highly recommend this hotel

Everything is good except there was no proper window.

We stayed a short night before flying out for an early flight. It was Ramadan, and at first there were some traveling musicians celebrating outside but the noise died down compared to our other nights in downtown Cairo. The receptionist did ask me to pay cash vs card, which luckily I had, but it was a bit of a hassle. When I asked him for the price for a taxi to the airport for the 5 of us, it was a different quote than when we asked a few hours later. The elevator has a little step in front of it of it, which I saw some people trip over. The location, which we briefly walked in the afternoon scoping out open restaurants, seemed to have many shops and areas for dining. The sidewalks are not contiguous and you often have to walk on the street, but it was generally safe. There’s a nice mosque in walkable distance. We did not chose to eat at the restaurant and could not make the breakfast.

The only problem was that they only accepted cash for the room booking, have it handy if you decide to pay at property. The staff was nice and happy to help

The staff was efficient. Amenities were ok. Breakfast was a good choice of variety. They even got us food that was not on the buffet when we requested of it. Over all, it was a better ending of our stay in Egypt.

We stayed for 2 nights as it was closer to the airport. Breakfast had multiple choices of breads. Would have preferred limited choices there and more of hot foods and a toaster. Orange juice had added sugars and was too sweet. Eggs were cooked fresh by the chef which was very good. We took a room for 3 people- it was spacious and clean. Bathroom was tight. Overall it served it’s purpose for us.
