Basic comfort for a budget stay in Panajachel, yet clean and nice. Staff was kind and welcoming, basic understanding of English language too.

All staff were very friendly and accommodating! We had asked for a fan in the bedroom and although they didn’t have one they delivered one to our room early the next morning. The room was visibly dirty upon arrival, hair and old shampoo wrapper in the shower from the last guest.

Very unclean bathroom and towels, no hot water in shower

The room is dirty, doesn’t have AC not even a fan

It states that there is onsite parking. This maybe the case for a very small car or scooter, but not a Toyota truck. We didn’t like having to park off site.

Can be better

Very noisy at night, the windows are not soundproof at all. You can hear people talking from outside, dogs barking non-stop, even the roosters at 4 in the morning are loud enough to wake you up. The building also looks poorly maintained, the walls are scratched and stained, some of the bedsheets looked unclean, and we even found a very large spider on one of the beds when we first checked in. Otherwise, the breakfast service was nice and the workers were well-accomodating.

Great for the price and location is close to a lot of activities

It was horrible The bathroom smelled like sewer There was a sign in the bathroom to only take a bathe for 5 minutes! No where to hang your clothes Breakfast was not edible Bugs are n the room Bed was like sleeping on a cot There were on 2 good things Cable And location to downtown And I forgot the parking was terrible

This is a basic simple place, no frills... tho clean & comfortable enough...friendly staff. Great location. Good breakfast.

Chip places always not offer good service

To get to the hotel from main streets is an alley and barely space for one car

Tout était insalubre, malpropre avec de la moisissure. Il manquait de rideaux dans la chambre, la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien la serviette de douche était sale, le personnel incompétent. Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel car les photos sur Expédia ne reflète nullement la réalité de cet hôtel.

C’est un hôtel à ne pas aller car tout est terriblement insalubre et malsain. (Douche ne fonctionne pas, pas de rideau dans la fenêtre. Pas de drap, moisissure dans toute la chambre au bas des murs, serviette de douche sale, cuisine insalubre et sombre, personnel incompétent) Nous avons dû quitter dans les 2 heures suivant notre arrivée, car nous avions des problèmes respiratoires dû à la moisissure. Bref, nous n’avons pas été remboursé malgré nos difficultés de santé .

Excelente servicio, el personal muy atento y amable, me gustó todo y la tranquilidad de mi habitación lo único malo fué que cuando llegué encontré una bolsa con basura y botellas en la entrada de mi hab. Pero de lo demás todo muy bien.
