The rooms are really dark, all the lighting is set up as mood lighting and there is no way to actually have any good light in the room.
Also the facilities are nice but there are so many rules in using them. The pool closed at 5pm even though it is advertised until 11pm, you can not have drinks near the pool which is strange for a holiday. The pool table is not well maintaned and you have to go from floor 4 to floor 21 just to get the balls to use it. They also only have one bent pool cue available for the table.
Food in the restaurant is ok but it is overpriced for what it is.
Overall not what is expected of a 4 star hotel. Having stayed in both this hotel and the Sheraton around the corner. I would highly reccomend the Sheraton over this hotel it is cheaper and better in every way.
