Weird location but very clean and new apartment

By international standards, it is a 3 star but by Serbian standards, it is a 5 star. My stay was comfortable and the only thing wrong is the false advertising. I would stay there again if I needed to be in that particular neighborhood because I now know what to expect. There are many stores, restaurants and bakeries nearby so it is a convenient location if one has any business in that neighborhood. Local buses are free of charge and they run often. This is not a hotel and the units have a kitchen with dishes, utensils and soap provided. Paper towels and a first aid kit are advertised but not provided so one needs to purchase their own in the supermarket just a 3 minute walk away. The reception desk is advertised as 24 hour and by 11pm, the door is locked to the reception area, which is on a different building altogether. Housekeeping is advertised as daily but they only come by once every three (3) days, however, if you need more than one towel each, ask and they will provide. Room service is advertised but non-existent because this is not a hotel. Dining Room service is advertised but there is no restaurant because this is not a hotel. I have stayed twice in different units so it’s not a chance occurrence that some of the advertised items were missed, they are simply incorrectly advertised and non existent.

Housekeeping only comes by once every 3 days and they only left one bath towel and one hand towel in my room, not enough toilet paper left for 3 days. No paper towels provided in the kitchen.

Very modern apartment in a traditional Serbian suburb. The apartment is amazing, there are full coverage mechanical window blind, blackout curtain and great soundproofing. The bathroom contains a state of the art boiler. The kitchen is fully equipped too with a ceramic cooktop and a proper oven as well as a full size fridge. There's also a decent couch and a big screen tv. The location is a bit out of town but it's a bustling suburb and you have lots of food places and supermarkets there. Als the bus stop is right outside. Most importantly the staff of the hotel seemed really nice and spoke great English. Happy to come back someday

Spacious, modern, very clean and well equipped. VERY happy with my stay, just needed a place close to the airport for the night but am planning on renting again and spending a couple days in Belgrade visting friends and morw of Belgrade when I get home feom the states ( American expat living in Serbia)

I absolutely love this place, been here a few times and wouldnt stay anywhere else. Staff are great & always very helpful if you need them.

Luxury building and excellent, well designed and spacious studio. Managers are very friendly and helpful. However, amenities in the studio are pretty limited - minimal dishware in the kitchen, no microwave and coffee maker. Parking space is limited and the neighborhood is not so much attractive. But in total we enjoyed the stay.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—lots of stores within walking distance and nearby parks for the kids to enjoy. Although the property is still under construction, it didn't impact our experience much. Most importantly, our room was clean and spacious, and my young children absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend!

Cant fault this apartment, i love staying here, great location.

I'd like to fill a complaint against the property. They enjoy VIP status, but don't offer anything. Worse, they advertise of Egyptian cotton for their bedsheet, but it's not. Additionally, I barely fit in the bed. There's barely no space between the bed and the wall, so you've to crawl over your partner to leave the bedroom. The bathroom is also similarly badly designed. Last but not least, they managed to steal one of my pairs of shoes while we were absent. Worst experience ever, and I definitely travel a lot!

Friendly staff, easy parking and plenty of local food near by, quiet.

I absolutely loved this place, and the fresh smells in the halls was gorgeous. Will be back! Thank you!
