Excellent for family group...recomendado

Great room

I have been an Expedia VIP customer for more than 18 years, and I’ve always had positive experiences when booking through their platform — until now. The check-in at this hotel was the worst service I have ever encountered. After a long day of travel, I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 p.m. with a 75-year-old lady, expecting a smooth and welcoming check-in process. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The front desk staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, and despite having a confirmed reservation, we were left without assistance or proper service. The situation became so unacceptable that I had no choice but to leave and search for another hotel at that late hour — something I have never had to do in all my years of travel. This experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating, especially given the circumstances. I hope management takes action to improve their service and ensure that no other guests have to go through what we did. Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived on a Sunday and were left completely stranded when no one from management responded to help us complete our check-in. Despite the guard’s efforts to contact several colleagues, no one answered. We had no choice but to take another Uber late at night and search for a new hotel at 10pm—with a 5am flight the next day. This hotel offers no 24-hour support, which is unacceptable for any establishment claiming to provide hospitality. Never again.

Clean, modern, walking distance to mall with good food, God access to taxi. Everyone is polite. Only negative: we had a room with 2 double beds. There is a strange smoked glass wall between the shower and main room which you can totally see through. It was strange for a room with double beds.

Very nice and clean in a good area of Pereira at an affordable price.

Wonderful hotel

All was very good. A couple of observations for the property manager: - Towels were barely OK (not felt properly washed), and - Communication (phone number / whatsapp provided was useless)

The staying was fine. Opening the balcony sliding doors lets a little too much outside noise in. But overall no complaints.

We had an unexpected delay to our travel plans. Epic Suites was exactly what we needed for a last minute layover. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The communication was fantastic, both prior to our arrival and while onsite.

The location was perfect for us since we needed to go to the airport very early. It was modern, clean. Very nice

Not Exactly a Hotel, but a Mixed Experience I stayed at Epic Suites X Ahead for a recent business trip, and while the property offers some great value, there are important things to consider before booking: 1. This is NOT a Hotel Epic Suites functions more like an Airbnb than a traditional hotel. There is no staff, lobby, or reception to assist with issues, and the check-in process is entirely online. Unfortunately, this process can be frustrating and time-consuming—I spent hours just trying to check in. 2. Great Value On the positive side, the suites themselves are new, clean, and well-maintained. For the price, it’s hard to find anything better in terms of space and amenities. 3. Noise The property is located right next to a busy highway, and the noise is noticeable even from your bed. If you’re a light sleeper, this could be a big downside. 4. Location One major advantage is the location. Being close to the airport and a large shopping area makes this a very convenient spot for travelers, especially those with flights to catch or limited time. Final Thoughts: If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay and don’t mind the lack of hotel services, Epic Suites offers great value. Just be prepared for the challenging check-in process and potential noise from the highway.

It was probably one of my favourite accommodations during my 2 weeks in Colombia. Wished that i had found similar type of options elsewhere. The room was very spacious and comfortable, even though there were 2 double beds. Surrounding areas were nice and cozy even though it was situated beside a mall. There were also dining options, tour companies, car rental companies as well as a supermarket along that stretch of road for your convenience. Its located less than 10mins drive to the international airport here. But that means that its a bit of drive from the main city centre areas. Which was fine by me as i only had that one night to stay and had an early flight to catch the following morning. Overall, a nice and comfortable stay. Worth the amount that i paid for it.

This place is sooooo nice and the perfectly located! Difficult to get any better in the whole city!
