We are a family of 5 and stayed in the 2 room suite. It was spacious and beautiful. Close to tram and next door to supermarket. The kids loved the pool. We would return eagerly. Thank you to the wonderful front desk who provided directions and details on where to go.

My 2 children and I really enjoyed our stay there. The front desk receptionist was very nice and helpful. The place is very quiet and well kept. We loved the convenience of it being 1 block from the train station and the maker was right downstairs. We felt like it was our home for 3 days. I loved the view from our balcony. We were able to walk to the harbour and along the promenade. In the evening, we took Bolt/Uber from the promenade back to our stay. It was very convenient. We would definitely book here again.

Perfect size for family of 4 adults . bedroom and sofa bed , lots of amenities, decent car parking, very clean , decent swimming pool. Only disappointment were the two front desk ladies who are very rude and unhelpful. However the gentleman and maintenance man were excellent. Shower drain needs some cleaning because of the bad odour.

Terrible place to stay.

Lovely hotel, the apartment was very spacious and clean with everything you could need for cooking. Quiet setting, well located next to a supermarket, close to the train station, bus and tram stops.

Was convenient location and staff were nice. Spacious room and bathroom . Had slight problems with our lights but got fixed by staff so was good.

Very clean and spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay and location excellent

Outdated furniture and bathroom smells of sewage almost…they changed my room to a horrible one , 2 days before check out only because I wanted to check out early. I only gave 3 because one of the staff was nice. It is a retirement apartment house, a bit depressing:(

Great spot just a few hundred yards from Require train station so great to get about, apartment was spotless and guy on reception was brill great recommendation for places to go and marked a map for us all positive places ideal for us.

Lovely staff and hôtel

The day of check in there was no information that the front desk closes at 20:00. When we arrived later, we received our room key from housekeeping. Despite the listing saying that parking was available, 1) it’s only available upon prior booking and 2) someone from the front desk had to let you in to the underground. That’s to say, we had to park elsewhere. The room was relatively clean, but the bathroom had a persistent smell of sewage. The only resolution was making sure the door was always closed so the smell wouldn’t come through.

10/10 will book again when I come back

It wasn’t quite as we were expecting, the kitchen really isn’t a kitchen and the balcony wasnt really as we had hoped, a place to sit out and read our books. we didn’t realise the hotel complex shared the complex with a retirement home. Which wasn’t a problem but was a bit of a surprise initially! Location was absolutely amazing! and for that reason alone we would rebook here.

A great supermarket right next door

The property needs to spray for mosquitos or other biting insects around the pool - we were not able to enjoy it due to this. More coffee packets should be provided for the amount of people and length of stay.

Very nice and clean. Very close to the train station and grocery store. Would have liked for the cleaners to come daily but overall it was a good stay.

Rooms were not cleaned regularly. Had to ask multiple times for fresh towels and toilet paper
