I’m really disappointed, it was my first book in traveloka, I just made new account coz my friend recommended me that Traveloka was the biggest and trusted travel app in Indonesia then I made booking and paid for this place. I needed a place just for a sleep a night coz I had workshop in Nuanu creative city whole day and the next day need to leave early morning for another workshop. I need my money back. I went there and the staff there said no room and the owner as very difficult to reach and he just replied the next day. Please Traveloka arrange to talk to the owner of this place. Thank you
