We really enjoyed our stayed. We booked a 1 bedroom unit facing the courtyard, with a balcony. The whole complex is situated in a nice and quiet residential area. The building itself was built from the grounds up so no old building with some bad patch up, like the ones I had stayed in the past. The unit was roomy, bright, airy, and cozy. It had a washer which was what we wanted. It also had a rack to dry your clothes. Nights were a tad chilly but the heating was enough. Didn’t try the AC. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. We needed more dishwasher liquid, and trash bags. Management was very fast to respond. They even included more laundry pods. I read from previous guest that they encountered some trouble getting inside the building. I did some homework, and downloaded an app. I was able to enter the building because someone was at the front door and the app was a keyless fob for the unit. We were traveling the whole day. Tried to check for updates from management, nothing came. So I assumed the app was the only thing I needed. Little I knew, management sent me an email really close to checking time with clear instructions. I saw the email once I entered the room. Over our stay we saw many guests stranded in the lobby and trying to figure out where to go and what to do. We tried to help them Other than that I have to say that the apartment was very nice I and would stayed there again.

Great apartment, affordable and easy to get to the centre of Budapest from here. A lot easier than a hotel, with kitchen and laundry facilities as well which are very convenient

Apartment location is near city centre with easy access to tramps and buses, Spar shop just across the road for all essential shopping. Apartment itself is very comfortable , quite and clean ,very modern decorated . We didn't plan on doing any cooking so we didn't mind that kitchen was equipped with bear minimum although it would be helpful to have one sharp kitchen knife and bottle opener. We were expecting to receive check in instruction 24hrs priory our arrival but it didn't arrive until 2hrs before check in time. We had to contact the property agent directly to be reassured that all info will be shared with us on our arrival day...It's unesserry stress. Once we checked in we enjoyed the place and neighbourhood.

Worst property, not as originally advertised and would not recommend to anyone. Host is not responsive either when raising issues

Great stay

The studio apartment was very nice and very clean and it was in a good location within the massive city of Budapest. The only criticism i have is that there was no TV signal on the TV itself (But they did have YouTube) so that wasn't too bad. And the curtains are too short so they don't fully cover the window and the curtains were slightly damaged on arrival. I did not damage the curtains, they were already damaged when i got there. However none of this was a major problem since i learned that the hotel apartment has electric blackout blinds that fully cover the whole window that can be operated by remote control. Apart from that everything was really nice there. And Budapest itself is absolutely beautiful compared to England anyway. They just need to explain everything a bit more clearer in future in regards to giving instructions via email on how to get into the apartment complex because of the intercom security at the main entrance to the building. If i do ever go back to Budapest for another holiday i will most probably stay here again if it's possible at all. It was lovely thank.

It was very easy to check in and got all the informations 24hrs before arrival. It went smooth. Communication was easy. Apartment was clean and spacious. Close to amenities.

Very new modern apartment

Large room and good value for money. The instructions to the room could’ve been a bit clearer as I had walked into the wrong building and it took a while to find my room.

The apartment is nice and cosy and with everything you might need (dishwasher and washing machine included) for a few days. The bed is very comfortable and with all the pillows you might need and more. It's nice and warm inside (winter). The only things I didn't like too much are that the shower head cannot be adjusted in height and we found a couple of dirty things from the previous renters (mugs that we needed for breakfast), other than that it was perfect. The instructions to enter the apartment are very clear, and the support is excellent and fast! The position is very close to the centre and there are a few trams in the area that you can take to go around faster. A 24h supermarket is just on the other side of the street. Very quiet area and a few places to eat around too.

The place was cozy and spotless. Getting in was really easy and being able to get in via Bluetooth was the added cherry on top. Will definitely come back to Budapest and will look here first. Thank you UrbanRent!

Really nice brand new apartment. Checkin was very straightforward. The laundry in the unit was a nice bonus. Only downside was the noise from the trams.

The building and the studio are very nice and new. It’s not close to tourist attractions but the public transportation system is not too far anyway. And also because of that, the bakeries, eateries, restaurants and brunch places are much cheaper than the city centre but quality is as good! Staff are frequently and helpful! One tram line, 51A, is right outside of the road so if one cares a lot about the noise, it’s something to keep in mind. The place has a kitchen, all kinds of utensils and cutlery, as well as a laundry machine therefore it’s very good for staying long. The ventilation is good in general with the window open, but it’s probably because the ventilation system is connected to the whole building, and there are some smokers therefore the studio smells a slightly bit of smoke.

Comfy n good locale.

Communication was terrible. I only received instructions on check in while waiting in front of the apartments block, even though i ask them via phone one day prior to our visit. Wi-fi was not working, so i asked to check it pit snd received no response, only ignorance. Apartment was very clean, that indeed was a good thing.

Our stay was comfortable and property is clean & nice. But communication is minimal & unhelpful. I had requested early check in one week before our stay. On the day of check in , when I contacted for availability of early check in, I was sent message to call reception although I have already requested it a week ago! I received entry information at 12:39pm, when we went up around 1.45pm, the cleaner was in the balcony smoking. She wasn’t friendly or helpful either, she asked us to come back at 2.45. And they didn’t leave enough coffee, tea sugar for 3 people for 2 days. We had to request the housekeepers next day. Customer service & communication is very much lacking. I will hesitate to book with hotels.com in future.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with balcony. We were on the 3rd floor so thankful for the lift after walking around sightseeing. The kettle didnt work when we arrived, messaged via the app and they replaced it with another one. The washing machine was broken, the lid wasnt attached (top loader). I told the man who came with the new kettle and also sent a message via the expedia app but no-one responded to the message. Other than these 2 issues our stay was great. Location is further out from the centre but had no issues using public transport. Plenty of places to eat nearby as well as shops. Would definitely use again.

Amazing only problem the stink since the first day I landed was blocked I called told them about it and then was said that a maintenance guy will be coming the following morning no one has come so it’s just been like that whole trip but overall good a bit dusty too

Room was very well equipped and modern. However there are some minor issues e.g. cutlery was not cleaned properly and I had to clean them before use. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay. The room stayed cool even when it was 30+ degrees outside, which was really good for sleeping without aircon.
