Great location, right at the centro of Zacatecas. Parking is at a parter garage a block away. There are several stairs, and codes to get thru the door. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall a great stay!

It was clean and the stuff was helpful and contagious

Early morning teambuilding exercises at the floor below was extremely loud, unpleasant; the terrace may be rented out for events so expect music and noise till early morning when that happens; the lady welcoming us was very pleasant and helpful.

Todo muy bien con el hotel, lo unico malo es que casi no hay estacionamiento, tarde casi 2 horas en encontrar un lugar para estacionar.

Love the location and the suite was more spacious beautiful than expected.

The location was great , The rooms were clean and the customer was great.

We enjoyed our stay for 17 days. There are stairs to climb to reach the apartments but it is no different from other properties in Zacatecas. Although the building is located on one of the main streets, we had no issues with noise. It was nice to come back from the hustle and bustle. The extra space and two bathrooms was great to have. The view from the terrace is beautiful. I have traveled all over Mexico, but Zacatecas is unbeatable. Mayra who lives in the building is very responsive to any requests. A suggestions for management is to add a dish soap holder in the bathrooms. The provided shampoo, conditioner and soaps are of good quality.

Regardless the proprietor not answering when we arrived, i went to the upstairs terrace and the lady in charge [Mayra] came out and was able to assist me. She provided us with our room and provided us with her number for any further assistance. She keeps the building mint clean and the room was impeccable, smelled amazing. We asked her for extra pillows and she brought them down in less than 10min. This is my second time staying here and all is a great experience. Highly recommend

Best hotel I have ever stayed in .. ever.

There was a miscommunication with the owner and the house keeper in regards of our arrival, regardless Mayra quickly accommodated us 😀

Place was great and roomy. Parking was tricky. No elevator. But prime downtown main street location.

This is a very good place to stay, however, there are two things that I personally consider as disadvantages: 1) there is no elevator and the suites are located on the 3rd floor. If you have lots of baggage will be hard to go up around 40 steps. 2) my parents are on their middle 60s and going up and down was difficult for them. 3) this can be fixed quickly, the doors in the suite we stayed, creak every time they are open or close. Aside from my personal comments above, it is such a nice place!!

La propiedad está bien y tiene una muy buena ubicación. Sin embargo, no es nada apta para personas con poca movilidad, ya que hay que subir varias escaleras y están algo pesadas.

Excelente personal de servicio, muy atenta y amable. Suite amplia y cómoda. Sugerencia un botines para ayudar en cargar maletas y toallas mas suaves.

La suite estaba en excelentes condiciones, muy moderna y elegante. En una muy buena zona porque está en el centro de la ciudad, así que todo te queda realmente a pie. El único inconveniente que tuvimos es que creo que las paredes y los techos son algo delgados puesto que se escucha casi todo, pero no es molesto, solo te sorprende. De ahí en más es un excelente lugar para llegar.

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada y excelente atención, lamentablemente le las mañanas había mucho ruido de unas oficinas que están abajo, gente gritando desde temprano en la mañana nos despertaron. Y el fin de semana cuando hubo evento en terraza no nos dejaron dormir hasta las 2 am por la música fuerte y ruido en la azotea
