Great hotel.

Pool offers a beautiful focal point for the property as most rooms face the pool.

If you’re debating staying here just book it! We spent one week here and it was incredible. We stayed in the junior king suite. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to the Main Street in la Punta but away from all the hustle and bustle. Staff were friendly and so helpful. Eric made us coffee and breakfast every morning-delicious. Didn’t even have to leave the property. I messaged the front desk in the lobby and they responded in seconds. I wouldn’t stay any where else. They helped arrange all of our travel too. I miss it already. 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Umi. The property is beautiful, chic, and thoughtfully designed, with rooms that are spotless, spacious, and smell amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, close to all the action while still feeling calm and relaxing. A wonderful place to stay in Puerto Escondido. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

The room was spotless clean, very new with good design, small hotel almost felt like a private service the chef & drinks were great!

I really enjoyed my stay, the Hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful. The workers were very nice and helpful when it came to finding taxis and tour guides. It was also walking distance from all the good restaurants and bars.

This property is clean, and the local staff that work there are pleasant, but this property is not at all as advertised. I didn’t get the room I booked, instead I was next to all the mechanical equipment, which was loud. there is no real internet access - when I asked I was told that is the case while the entire area, which is not true. the spa was ‘closed’, there is no real gym/yoga facility, there was also a power outage while I was there. I checked out a few days early, and they were not willing to offer any form of a return. When I contacted Expedia, about the false advertising, they confirmed they didn’t check the accuracy of the listing, so booking is at the risk of the guest. Overall very unpleasant experience. There are plenty of other better options and are far more affordable. I would have been much happier in a hostel.

Will never stay at that motel ever again.they tried to charge me again when i had already paid.they gave me the worst room with no t.v .the service was poor

El lugar súper bonito, moderno, las camas deliciosamente cómodas, cerca de la avenida principal y la playa llegas caminado y mientras lo haces te encuentras restaurantes, cafeterías, etc. definitivamente un hotel al que me gustaría mucho regresa!! El staff increíble y siempre ayudando y sonriendo!! Absolutamente recomendable!!!!

The staff was beyond helpful and really friendly. Their service was exceptional and even had chocolates for me at the end of the evening! The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool is beautiful, the vibe is right and the continental breakfast was just perfect. This was one of my best stays ever!

The place is very nice and new Very Luxury and quiet But just getting there is not that nice especially at night other then that the place is Great
