staff was grateful and helpful. but my issue was almost every day had to reprogram the key.other than that we had an amazing time at this hotel.

El restaurante se tardan mucho para dar servicio. La entrada al hotel era todo una travesía para entrar y salir , pues están campando allí gente, y pues si es muy incómodo pasar por allí cada vez que entra y sale los huéspedes del hotel.

Great property in a perfect location to explore the city!

My stay at Hotel Bellas Artes was wonderful. I had an issue with my room the first day. I had booked the King room with Patio and Bathtub. Turns out the bathtub is on the patio, and the patio is on the interior of the building and is open up to a glass covered roof. I was OK with that until I realized that every sound echoed down from above into my room. I asked for a different room and was moved to a King room overlooking 5 de Mayo. This room was much quieter, although I go to bed early so I did use a white noise app on my phone to drown out some of the street noise. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the room was immaculate. I was given two water bottles every day and there is a small refrigerator which is stocked with drinks and snacks. You really can't go wrong with this hotel. It is in the middle of the Centro Historico, there are museums on all sides, the Zocalo is three blocks away, the Palace de Bellas Artes is one black away, restaurants are within an easy walk (and La Pagoda is literally next door). Great hotel, great location, great visit!

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff was great and very welcoming. Nice place to stay if you want a peaceful and relaxing sleep. I highly recommend it.

This is the second time staying at this property. Definitely a gem in the historic center. Rooms are clean and staff is helpful. This is a perfect hotel to stay at, if you enjoy a boutique hotel rather than a chain hotel.

The absolute best hospitality I have ever experienced, their team truly goes above and beyond. I extended my stay because of their service and I will be returning in the future. I can’t thank them enough. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The location is near the zocalo, many museums, and reforma. They have onsite security at night and are truly a one of a kind team. Thank you for everything!!!

The towels and sheets were stained. The towels were especially run down. I don’t write reviews or complain. The towels were beyond unacceptable. The staff was 10/10. The location is excellent. However, you could hear the street noise. It was hard to sleep. Just don’t get a balcony room and consider bringing your own towels.
