The hotel and staff handled the situation that happened in Tapalpa on Feb. 22nd exceptionally. We had a great stay and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Clean room, parking safe, staff kind

The room was great, lovely decoration and spacious. Clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful and kind. Location is the best you can find in town, just across the church and you can walk everywhere easily.

We only stayed for 1 night, the room was charming and clean. The hotel has several places to seat and chat that are beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay.
