Very disappointed when booking here, checkin checkout no receptionist, but that does not mean customers have to contact and look for the apartment owner themselves. Can't contact, have to rely on Traveloka customer service. The service and amenities for a master room are very poor. The room is not clean. Very disappointed when booking here. This is a bad experience.

The hotel owner locked the room from noon and in the afternoon I booked the room successfully =>>> I don't have a room to stay, I have paid the money, I am very disappointed with the way Traveloka works

The hostess is enthusiastic, the room is clean and comfortable.

Overall ok for the price

nice room okela view. There are also many Vin NX amenities around, the only problem is Thu Duc is a bit far from the entertainment areas.
