I was really looking forward to this stay. The pictures online are beautiful, reality was a bit different. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed and the surfaces were clean, under the cabinets was filthy and there were spiderwebs in the corners of the room. A light was in poor repair and falling off the wall. There are many lights in the room but only one light in the bathroom. I was only provided with two bath towels, hand towels and face cloths would have been nice.

Very quiet not near stores

We didn’t interact with the staff much during our stay but when we did, they were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately, the room was quite small and the bathroom cramped. We were only provided with two bath towels and no hand towels or face cloths. We also only had one roll of toilet paper (you can request more if you need it). The room wasn’t filthy but it did leave a lot to be desired (there was a spider web in the shower that looked like it had been there for a long time). We only stayed for two nights since we were visiting family in Tarlac and were heading back to Canada immediately afterward, so staying here was fine.

Room id okay and staff was corteous. We arrived 15 minutes early to check-in and was told yo pay extra as per management.
