This hotel is located in a very dodgy area, but close to the historical Centre This is the only time I’ve considered moving to another hotel for my safety However, nothing untoward happened The mattress was stained and I am extremely glad I don’t have bedbugs. Overall, this was not a good experience

There is a cockroaches inside the room. The bathroom didn't have a protective box, and it was flooding the bathroom and the bedroom with water that spilled everywhere. The squeegee was almost breaking, and it hurts my hand to clean the floor due to the abundance of water. Breakfast is a scam. The advertisement said one thing, but in reality it was less than what was offered and every day the same thing.

Riviera Puerto Hotel Asunción is listed as a 3 star hotel, but if you expect 3 star level you will be disappointed. Room was very small, mattress needs changing, no place to hang anything, no bedside tables... Small bathroom, no shower curtain so everything gets wet, no doorknob - closing with finger in the hole. Only ventilation is a small window to public corridor. And breakfast was a total disappointment if you compare to photos in the expedia listing. They only had bread, butter and tiny cups of jam, but 3 out of our 5 days they didn't even put out any cutlery. No towels - had to ask. No toilet tissue - had to ask (gave only half a roll, so two days later had to ask again) No housekeeping during 5 night stay. The area of hotel was dirty (not hotels fault), but did not feel unsafe. The location is good for visiting San Jeronimo area and the historic center.

Limpeza do quarto bem básica, o hotel e café da manhã bem simples. Cama confortável, ar condicionado bom, água do chuveiro bem quente e gostosa, recepção funcionários educados, o hotel cheiroso o tempo todo. Wi-fi fraco ficava saindo o tempo todo. TV boa. No geral a estadia foi boa.

Habitaciones viejas y sin mantenimiento , no pasan a cambiar las toallas de forma diario y con la humedad tardan mucho en secar.

Quarto pequeno com cheiro de mofo, banheiro nao tem box e molha tudo, nao tem nenhum tapete para secar, nem toalha é fornecida. A roupa de cama parece que nao é trocada, tinha muitos fios de cabelo no lençol e manta. O cafe da manha diferente do anunciado nas fotos. O ponto positivo é ficar proximo do centro e comhecer tudo a pé.

Pesimo el hotel, no es como lo publican, es pieza humeda, no tiene agua caliente en el baño, hay cucarachas. No lo recomiendo

Pésima atención Llegamos y nos hicieron esperar una hora para darnos las habitaciones sin ninguna explicación de la demora. Las habitaciones tienen mucho olor a humedad

La habitacion que me asignaron era muy pequena, tenia una cama doble y una simple lo que impedia caminar dentro de la habitacion. Tenia mucha humedad y el olor a moho era muy fuerte. La zona en la que esta ubicado el hotel es muy fea, e insegura. El personal, bien. Amables.

El personal es fabuloso. Atento y servicial.

Podría mejorar. Desayuno no es lo que se ofrece en la publicación.

Le personnel merveilleux un excellent service toutes les stars été super gentil puis très aimable et un service très rapide que vous êtes quand on avait besoin de quelque chose j'ai beaucoup aimé je suis resté 22 jours à cette place là et si jamais je retourne à l'ascension je pense que je vais aller là-bas la même place
