Rates are reasonable, conveniently located, quiet. Coffee pot in the room but no coffee provided. Fortunately Starbucks is a stone’s throw away.

Excellent stop for overnight. Didnt like that i paid 20.00 more through expedia than if i had called directly.

No coffee or tea or condiments for kettle .Had to lay towels on floor no hooks or shelves.They never had my booking due to the pizza boy checked us in .No breakfast as advertised.

Room was clean and staff was courteous. Water from shower had smell.

I would highly recommend this motel , it was very clean , Staff greeted you with a smile and very polite. It was a quiet and cozy room. 😊

I rent 3 rooms in last weekend. It is terible experience. Water smell is so bad. No body can take shower. I cant wash milk bottle for my baby. I have to use water bottle to wash it. And they didnt supply any water. In mid night. I dont have any more water. And I need to go out to buy some. But they lock the door from outside. I cant open from inside. Tried to call manager many times but noone respond. I feel like I am in jail. It is worst service ever

Water smell of sewage. Wiring was unsafe. Left light on all the time to keep the frig working.

No staff at the reception. Neighbor pizza hut personnel is taking care of the reception work. 30 minutes waiting to enter a room.

Clean room

The room is not fit for our employee to stay. The refrigerator only works when the lights are on . The water smells like sewage. Terrible!!

Air conditional was making sound all night. Bad smell from the shower and sink when I used water. Checkin process was smooth. Highly priced for the facilities provided.

The staff who assisted us was accommodating and nice. But their water has bad smell. We can't even use it to wash our face. When i turned on the shower, after few seconds, it smelled so bad that i had to turn it off. My family ended up having no shower that day. I hope the management will improve its water system.

Nice place to stay.. close to Ottawa downtown.. just 30-40 min drive. Quite area with all necessities.

Other than the pleasant lady who checked us in, this was a “never again “ experience. When we got to the room, we found the AC was not functioning properly and they had put 2 fans in the room. We should have been told this before we were given the room. When we went back to mention it, the poor lady at the desk was dealing with check in issues with 2 other guests and was in tears from it, so we decided to “grin and bear it”, because we didn’t want to upset her further. Later that evening, we could hear arguing between one of those guests and the front desk lady, loud enough we could hear in our room. After a hot and uncomfortable sleep, we decided to have a shower and the water smelled like swamp water. Other than the pleasantness of the front desk lady, I would certainly not recommend a stay here.
