Instructions for self check in with a door code were straightforward. Bit of a blip where it didn’t release the instructions but I messaged the hosts via Expedia and they sorted it out. When I arrived I wasn’t sure if my room (Foothills) was on which of the three floors so had to nose about a little (a sign would be great in future but it wasn’t hard to sort out). Room was clean and comfortable, bedding felt nice and soft. No air conditioning but there was a sufficient fan that sat in the window ledge. The blind/curtains were not blackout so it got light early but I had an appointment to be up for anyways. I was upstairs (3 rooms there) and it had a full bathroom, but there was another half bath on the main floor if you needed which was nice in case you worried about contention. Everything was straightforward and as nice/clean as you’d hope for. My room had a key waiting inside on the desk if I needed it. House was updated and made for a quick easy stay.

My husband and I stayed at this guesthouse for two nights: one at the beginning and one at the end of our trip to the Rocky Mountains. While our first stay was uneventful, our experience on the second night left us disappointed. Upon arrival, the owner confronted me in the hallway. Without introducing himself, he questioned me in a suspicious manner about my reservation and whether I was in the correct room — which I was. The bedroom we stayed in and the upstairs bathroom were clean, but the shared kitchen was quite dirty. The online check-in procedure and house rules also felt excessive and made the atmosphere less welcoming. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

The owner was very nice and informative. Our room was clean, comfy and close to the bathroom. The guest kitchen area was clean and well laid out and clearly labeled

I rent this place and no one responding when arrived the property, I recommend to double check before you book.

Nice place, quiet. The downstairs was a bit stinky, i guy down in the basement had a nasty odor .

Should’ve mentioned sharing of washroom and basement room. Too many rules and restrictions, also only street parking was available.

The host was very accommodating and understanding of my situation when i arrived late. The home was cozy. I would definitely stay again
