Arrived late, office was open and staff friendly. Helped us get situated and answered all question's. Room was clean and spacious. I woyld stay here again when in the area

I really liked my stay here . Friendly staff , extremely neat environment and especially the large bed . When I am in brantford again I am sure staying here .

The property suited my needs. It was clean, newly renovated and close to the train station.

Clean and comfortable

Already answered above questions yeah that happened was my fault. I booked on the eighth of the ninth, but I needed it from the seventh to the eighth but when I booked, it was already the eighth when I got there I didn't have a reservation until that day, not 2 o'clock in the morning, should've booked it from the seventh to the eighth to get a room, but they are already all booked up, not their fault not your fault. Technically, my fault. Learning experience on my end.

The room was clean spacious and bright with lots of lighting. The Washroom was well renovated with a large shower. I did miss they didn't have any lotion available. I would definitely stay there again!!

Would I stay again? Yes. Good stuff.. - room was big - cable tv…lots of channels - free wifi - relatively clean - nice bathroom…looks like they renovated recently. Good water pressure. Nice fixtures. Nice big tiles in the big shower (no tub) - microwave and fridge - front door was solid and had a deadbolt. - pretty quiet. I could hear the person next door but was very faint. Could be better… - one of the towels was shedding. I had white fluff all over me. I would bring my own next time. - bathroom door needs to be shaved at the bottom to open and close properly - no hair dryer. I could have used one but not a big deal. - the small bars of soap are weird. I would bring my own next time. - 1ply toilet paper. I would bring my own next time. - night stand lamp hadn’t been dusted in awhile. Base was very dusty. - no dresser. Not a big deal but no hooks anywhere for coats/jackets - there was a big table but no chairs just a plush sitting chair

Not a bad place to stay, the ppl staying there are a bit odd, but if you keep to yourself and only deal with the AMAZING STAFF.. then its great.

Though the photos of the room from website did not exactly match the actual room I stayed in, the room was clean and the bathroom was very nice.

They are doing a nice job on rejuvenating the property and the area. The room has been nicely renovated. I would have liked a second lighting option like a bedside light. We would stay again 🙂

Pretty much a bear bones room. If your not looking for anything special then it’s ok

Simple, clean, comfortable, inexpensive

Clean, basic accommodation. Great staff. It was unfortunate that my neighbours had a drawn out, noisy domestic fight at 4:30 am.

Rooms were clean and updated but no coffee machine, no kleenexes, no bedside clock, no nighttable on one side of bed, no where in shower to put the soap or shampoo etc., only 1 chair in the room, room was freezing when we arrived, fan in bathroom but no switch to turn it on. On the plus side..was a king size bed.
