Great location, easy check-in and check out

Great location! This was a perfect place to stay close to town center and restaurants.

Overall I was really impressed with this hotel. Location was perfect as literally right next to the square. The rooms were clean, had a great layout and good amenities. The staff were also helpful and friendly. On arrival we was provided with a map and advice on where things were. When checking out they were patient in us being slightly late. The building it’s in is very nice. We had two rooms of four people in each and there was plenty of space with the unique two floor style. One thing we wasn’t aware of was how we had to pay a 300 Zloty deposit each for having a large group staying, but this was no bother as you get this back as we did as long as you take good care of the rooms. So not a problem but perhaps should be mentioned on here. Overall though Me and my friends would like to thank you for a great stay and definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Krakow.

This hotel is not the Ritz, but it very central and has everything that you would need, and is very clean. The price to stay is extremely keen, and the staff are friendly and helpful - This is the second time i have stayed here with a small group

The location was realy perfect in the heart of the city center, only 100 meters from the main square. Travellers by their own car should be much better informed upfront, how to get at the adress and where to park, as it is a restricted area to cars and all one way streets.

Love the building and neighborhood. I had a late check in and they were great to accommodate. I also had a late and very early transportation to and from the airport and THAT GUY was delightful. The desk guy I asked for extra towels was NOT delightful. He said, “what happened to the towels you had?” I’m like, there’s 6 of us and we’ve been here for two days and I would like a clean towel... He grudgingly said he would bring me extra towels, but he never did.

Hotel was great, perfect location. Staff so friendly and go out their way for you. We arrived during an unusual heatwave so the room was very hot, could have done with air conditioning. Apart from that it was an amazing start and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

The hotel was exactly as pictured, check in was quick and friendly, location was amazing! Great and affordable place to stay for a family of four. Great little coffee shop right next door too!

Remek is a great host who will help as much as he can, i.e. arranging your day trips. It's well worth using their shuttle service & you're only a 2 minute walk to the main square. I'll definitely try here first if I return to Krakow.

Very nice place, spacious, many beds and cool artwork. Friendly reception! We will come back one day soon since we LOVED Krakow and this place was right in the heart of it all

Great stay. Our flight landed at 23.30 which was after the check in was due to end. The hotel picked us up from the airport and allowed us to check in late. The room was lovely. Small but very good for the price paid. The room and hotel itself was cleaned daily and staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here next time we visit krakow. Also, there is a lovely Thai restaurant a few doors down which we really enjoyed.

Hotel is not open for business , rude owner slamming door on our faces , left us 5 hours in -10 degrees with 2 babies in the snow until we could be relocated

The stairs weared out and were difficult for an aged person to use. Otherwise very good place and very good location. No personel on spot.

Great location , so close to main square , staff were very helpful, the room was lovely and clean , so reasonably priced for being so near main Square. If you are wanting a hotel where you are not spending time in as you are out and about all day and night but want to come back to comfort and cleanliness this is the one , this is perfect for location . we really enjoyed Krakow with its historical beauty and will return booking this hotel if available.
