A bit expensive, could be a really good deal if it was cheaper since it's in a really convenient location.

The best description I can give this hotel is it is a good hostel. It is not expensive and there is a really good reason it is not expensive. Would I stay there again, if I was doing something is the area again, I would think about it.

Stinky hotel

This place has the nicest staff, its bare bones but the price reflects that. Clean enough, everything is kinda old and dinky. The entire front area and surrounding st is under construction so it was a bit hard to find. I imagine this wont be a problem in the near future. If you need a place to stay thats clean, quiet and safe for cheap you found it. 👌

Lovely staff, good service overall. Room was decently spacious given the price. Not exactly a lot of extras given, but for what it costs that's very understandable. Very centrally located, just a block away from Saint Denis and the Berri-UQAM Metro station, so that was also great.

Affordable room ,was quiet,slept well, had clean sheets and towel .

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There was not daily housekeeping. The metro and bus station were less than a 5 minute walk away (but the neighborhood was a little sketchy). The stairs are narrow and steep with no lift available.

Everything seems dirty for me, the bedsheets, the floor, the amenities areas. I really don’t recommend to stay there. I stayed only few hours, just to sleep, but wasn’t a good experience.

Location is awesome but the property is terrible. The room sizes are way too small and there is a bad odour that will continously irritate your nose buds. Also, during night (after 12 am), lot of shouting was happening on stairs. A woman was crying as well, frightening us to death. Receptionist was amazing, very cooperative and friendly.

Based on the price, good place for short stay.

It waa well located and staff were nice

On the positive The hotel is really well located, the room was very clean and a decent size, and was well priced. The reception was quick and friendly. It is worn, paint is chipped and the walls are scratched. In addition there is no elevator. The area is a little sketchy but not too bad

Came at 2 pm, it was raining so much, the check in was at 3 so they told me it was to early. They didn’t let me wait in the lobby or in the porch. They basically kick me in the rain and told me to find an other place to wait. Came back one hour later completely soak.

The owner is amazing! He's very welcoming and friendly, just feel like I am home. Downside: The room only has basic amenities and cleanness can be improved. The owner has tried hard to replace the old facilities of the hotel. It takes time. I hope next time when I visit here the room conditions properly will be improved alot. Thanks for the hospitality.

Good for short-term stays. Very good location. Reception staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Personally it was of the worst clientservices i ever experienciede; including all the hotels in Montrealcity ( more like "high end" motel in my opinion) i ever had a stay but i would i also including in most ( not to say of all) of Quebec big cities, ehere i often travel to for work.

Nice place for a single night

I was so happy that i got the room just renovated. New mattress new bedding new table, printed, perfect bathroom, tv, very nice staff, very good location, allow me early check in, free chocolate, free coffee, strong wifi signal, will definitely come next time. They told me they still doing renovations for other rooms. I hope next time i can still get very good room

Staff was friendly, but room was not clean. Ended up leaving early due to the condition. Walls had multiple mysterious stains.
