This was a great value. The location is excellent and the staff very helpful.

Miguel was extremely helpful at the reception. His English was excellent. We were able to store our bags in a safe location while we waited for an early checkin. The Historic region of Faro was a short walk away with shops, restaurants, historical buildings to visit. The room was small but updated with a comfortable bed. The community kitchen allows us to store and prepare food. I highly recommend this Guest house.

The room was clean but very small. Had no water pressure the day we were checking out so no showers. Loved sitting up on the rooftop patio. Close to restaurants and the marina.

This was a lastminute booking - I was rescued from a bad hotel experience in Olhao. Ave 41 was great. Very modern, good rooms, clean. I had a balcony but a view of the back of other properties so nothing wow but the roof terrace is perfect for sunbathing and views. I would return and recommend

Lovely clean rooms, friendly staff, communal kitchen on second floor, area on 4th floor for sunbathing, hotel walking distance to harbour, bars and restaurants

Unfortunately, the noise from the kitchen made me change my room. Otherwise, it was good to stay there; I especially liked the roof top!
