Super helpful staff, great bicycle storage, nice breakfast. Recommended

Excellent a la carte breakfast, great atmosphere, very clean, nice staff, great location and easy parking. Much better than 4 star hotels in area. The only thing missing is air condition, in room safe and mini bar. Will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was good, nice atmosphere and pleasant room. Parking arrangements need improvement.

Stay was terrific. Breakfast was great and the staff was very supportive. The location is perfect, in the middle of the city and a block from the waterfront.

Hotel located on a quiet side street right in the town centre within easy walking distance of the cross river ferry. Single room was small but very comfortable, bathroom and shower was spotless. Excellent breakfast. Most helpful staff. Strongly recommend this hotel for a town centre stay.

We checked in late with no problem, very nice, old fashion room with "home" feeling, with balcony overlooking river. Smoking place provided on each floor (separate balcony). Very good selection of food (breakfast buffet) in cozy (with fireplace ), very tasteful decorated dinning area. Staff very polite, and helpful.

Very nice cosy room ,but don't try swinging a cat around! A mouse maybe. There is no wireless wi fi any where not even standing at the reception desk. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice

Fick mkt bra bemötande. Otroligt schysst att vi fick tillgång till våra 2 rum redan på morgonen istället för att behöva vänta kl 15.00. Bra frukost och mkt trevlig personal i receptionen och vid frukosten. Rent och snyggt. Fräscht vatten på flaska varje dag. Suveränt läge mitt i stadskärnan. Brar restauranger inom 5 min avstånd. 12 min promenad till stranden, annars billig taxi.

Sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel im Herzen von Swinemünde. Hafen gleich um die Ecke, Strand etwas weiter aber fußläufig zu erreichen. Personal war freundlich, alles sehr sauber . Frühstück war sehr gut , große Auswahl die täglich auch etwas wechselte. Angerichtet in vielen kleinen Schalen und Tellern. Mit Balkon auf den Zimmern. Für uns eine klare Empfehlung, wir würden dieses Hotel gerne wieder buchen .

Zimmer und Service annehmbar, die Bezeichnung Deluxe nicht gerechtfertigt. Hotel wirkt bei Vollbelegung überfordert, das Frühstücksbuffet war lieblos hergerichtet, knapp bemessen und äußerst wenig Auswahl.

Extremt varmt på rummet, som saknar A/C. För liten frukostmatsal, vi och flera gäster fick stå länge och vänta på bord. Det fanns fler liknade bord i annan del av lobbyn, men de fick vi inte använda till frukost utan de skulle vara tomma.. lös detta med tidsbokning av frukost!

Charmigt hotell med vänlig personal.

Vi bodde i en liten lgh som var jättefin med sovrum och vardagsrum. 2 toaletter m dusch. Däremot var baren urusel. Såg fint ut men hade typ ingenting

Vi hadde ett fint opphold.go service i fra personalet.det var også nært til stranden og parker også nært til havnen og godt utvalg av små resturanger. God service på de og.fint og spasere på tur om kvelden .ett stille og rolig område .passer fint for familier med barn
